This article about Heart of the Woods and, more specifically Tara Bryck, was my most ambitious article, one that was a huge passion project for Studio Elan, the people working behind HotW, and the trans community as we continue to face an even more severe level of transphobia across the globe. Really happy that this came out earlier this July after facing a bit of setbacks, even though I wish it were possible to publish it near the end of June.

Join me in this article as I interviewed Rachel Gruber, one of the Co-Writers for HotW, as well as Lila as part of the community members in discussing Tara as an example for trans lesbian representation in yuri media, especially one that came out in 2019 during a much different time that it is now, her development, her relationship with Morgan, and how much she means to the trans community!
