I was really happy to be done with thermo lab (bc I loved the theory and hated the practice) but now I'm doing electromagnetism and I hate both the theory and the practice 🤡
In other (better!) news, I got 100% on my first quantum chemistry test and I'm so :')))))
hydrolysis & elimination reaction!
love the dark purple colour my solution turned! sadly it went yellow again when I added water

Okay you know what I'll just say it. I actually like writing lab reports :/ I find it very rewarding to neatly wrap up everything I learnt and did in one place especially if the results make sense
wittig reaction 💛
I made the yummiest smelling chemical 🤍 Ethyl acetoacetate ethylene ketal, also known as apple ketal or fructone 🍏🍎
inorganic chemistry - lots of colourful crystals 🧡
(I swear that dark one looked green irl)
Experiment K: Measurement of Vapour Pressure by the Knudsen Effusion Method
grignard reaction!! 🤍
Removing solvent from the compounds I separated in my column!🤍
I love all the colours in inorganic chemistry ⚛️
I got to run my first ever column in my synthetic organic chemistry lab🥼
today was my first inorganic chemistry lab of the semester :)
