Tonight I stepped out of my comfort zone. When I was little, I was quite a fussy eater and refused to eat a lot of foods particularly vegetables. This year, I decided to tackle the fussiness and try new foods. Tonight, I added aubergine into our Cottage pie. I was very surprised as to how nice it was (the kids actually liked it too).
