Lowkey think it would’ve been more, idk, artistically fulfilling if Firestar had a different prefix for his apprentice and warrior names.
What I was thinking of is that when he joins ThunderClan, Bluestar renames Rusty to Rustpaw, then later Rustheart. Here, while the readers could probably infer that Rustheart is the “fire” in the “fire alone can save the clan” prophecy, it doesn’t sound as if Bluestar made the connection then forgot about it for the next four books.
Then, at the leader ceremony, Bluestar, who had finally understood right before her death, renames Rustheart to Firestar, and probably says something sappy like “you are the fire that the clan needed” or something.
I think this would’ve been cooler, or at least a little bit more interesting, with a dash of dramatic irony.

i am delighted to inform you that wild bears seeking out and swinging on hammocks is in fact a fairly common occurrence!
thanks to @fandomislife03 for this extremely important information:
#as somebody born and raised in black bear country this is accurate #theyre also fond of backyard playgrounds
UPDATE: they also do this with backyard swimming pools
(and yes, same applies to kiddie pools)
oh 10/10 tags:
#The mama bear we have around here in the summer knows what she's doing#she stretches out in the sun under the fruit trees#and sends her cubs up the trees to throw fruit down to her
*listening to the angel on my shoulder* You're absolutely right! I should give Firestar Warrior Cats more mates 🤔

Soooo a headcanon of mine that’s dear to my heart and super important to me is that Simba makes a special effort to have lunch with Timon and Pumbaa at least once a week. No matter how busy he is with his royal duties, he always makes time for his dads. ❤️
(I started thumbnailing this two years ago and I just now decided to finish it. This is the most complicated background I’ve attempted to paint in YEARS, so please be gentle on me. 🥲)
