It's certainly been implied. Stan canonically got married in Vegas to a woman named "Marilyn Fakenamé" who divorced him six hours later, stealing all his money and his car. In a special commentary track for "Land Before Swine," Stan describes Marilyn as having pale skin and an abnormally sharp tooth, and that she was wearing a shirt reading "Over 30 & Very Flirty". The tie-in Book of Bill website also describes her as "cursed" and "gold-toothed".

Eda has a similar shirt, and in a later episode it's revealed that she's used the alias "Marilyn" on Earth.

I used to staged fist fights with my friends in 711. We would actually punch each other and then end the fight by making out.

People were always really confused and shocked.

The employees didn't really care we were fighting and would laugh.

Years later some guy started a fight with me at a show and once we were grappling on the floor I instinctively started making out with him.

He immediately got up and left the show. Technically I have won every fight I've ever been in 💪
