they are both pretty physically affectionate and show love a lot by touch

mar’i had a crush on him for a long time that she thought was one sided, but jon had felt the same way for awhile too

they have date nights on their free days

favorite dates are to get cheep food at a restaurant they like, go to a movie (theater or drive in), go stargazing, or go on a picnic

mar’i has long dark black hair, and parts of it have a purple tint to it as well

her hair is also curly like her mom’s

she is 6’0 tall and jon is like 6’5 when they are fully grown

mar’i likes to dress up in something cute whenever she goes anywhere

jon pretty much sticks to layered flannels, shirts, and hoodies with jeans and a baseball cap

they both have thick hair

mar’i has solid green eyes, and jon’s are light blue

I don't think it was particularly good, by any means. He wasn't a very good person to begin with so the job of fatherhood isn't one he'd get a gold metal for. I think Meloni's childhood was rough, intense, and probably relentless. I think, probably when she was younger, she'd always try to be enough for him, but it would never be sufficient. It wouldn't be til she was much older that she understood her father's reputation, his stance on things, and generally come to terms with the fact he was a cruel person all together. And once she's old enough to realize that, she might as well be old enough to try and escape from it all.

There really isn't enough background on what her childhood might've been like. But I think, despite her bloodline, Meloni is a good person and wants to prove herself to be better than her father. Once Don is in her life I don't think her father would be in the picture. She'd find a way to get away from him, just so that Don doesn't have to suffer any consequences of interacting with him.

Bart probably....wouldn't meet him. Meloni would make sure of that. He wouldn't see Bart as a grandchild or equal family member he'd see Bart as something to be experimented on or something to learn something from only to be discarded after, as we see with Thad. So Meloni would keep him away, by any means necessary. I think family is integral to everyone in the flash fam but probably even more for Meloni who had such a hard time finding people who she truly loved.

So obviously Tim, Kon, and Bart are super close, so I offer. Tim, Kon, and Bart going to visit their siblings/cousin at their base to take them home or whatever and basically Kon is joking around with Jon and teasing Kathy, and then Irey and Bart are rambling on about all sorts of stuff at like literally a mile a minute, and then Tim just makes an exhausted death glare at Damian which he returns just as intensely and then they’re just super snarky to each other until they can’t deal with each other anymore. Pretty much perfectly sums up each of the three of their relationships with their younger family tbh.

Jon likes to make baked goods and bring them to the team on the weekends.

Damian is very good at gymnastics and likes to practice at their tower

The team plays hide and seek in their tower sometimes, but Maya usually has to seek because otherwise she'll almost always win

Monopoly is banned because everyone is so competitive.

All of them like to put a bunch of blankets and pillows on the floor and have a movie night when they don't have anything else to do.

New Young Justice gets in trouble a lot, but they are also really good at getting out of trouble.

Lian always keeps a speaker at the tower so they can play music.

Maya is a pretty good cook and will make some of the food at the tower.

Kathy has a spaceship, which is used for a lot of the teams off world missions

Irey and Jai tried to build an indoor waterslide once that nearly flooded NYJ's entire building

In there base, they have a training room, a main room, bedrooms for all the team plus a few spares, a swimming pool, a kitchen, a lab, a room for undercover supplies, and a few other cool things

They like to make after-patrol ice cream sundaes

Maps is a reserve member, which means she isn't around all the time, but she still didn't tell her parents she was on the team, which led to her being grounded for literally ever

Milagro joined a little bit later than some of the other teammates.

From working in her parents auto shop, she is pretty good at fixing stuff, which comes in handy when everything is always breaking.

Colin is pretty good at braiding hair, and will braid the girls' hair of they ask.

Irey, Kathy, Damian, Maps, and Maya are the go tos for undercover missions

Mar’i is over all the time with her team to visit and just hang out or to train.

They will play capture the flag and stuff and get very very competitive.

Also water balloon fights and stuff like that.

They also like to compete against other teams with stuff like that.

When people on their team start dating all of the others majorly tease them.

A lot of NYJ have older siblings/cousins on other teams, so they love when older teams come and visit (most of the time lol)

of course! i have a lot of those to go around!!!

so, first of, even though there is no canonical height for meloni, I like to picture her as pretty tiny! maybe somewhere along the lines of 5'2 - 5'3 ft (or 160 cm for you non usa folk). and don....being barry's son, is likely 6 foot something. i love the dynamic of very short character a and very tall character b. it's just so cute and puts a funny image in my head. as a follow up to this, i think, in situations, meloni is more of the dominant one. and i dont mean sexually, because, no, find those headcanons somewhere else. i mean shes probably the one to confront people if there's issues, to address things, to express herself adamantly and without filtering it. don isn't given much of a personality in the comics either but if he's anything like barry, he's probably pretty easy-going, non-confrontational, and overall gregarious. i think meloni too is very social but she's also very forward about how she feels and isnt afraid to stand up for what she believes is right.

- bart is a momma's boy and no one can convince me otherwise. meloni plays an integral role in bart's life in my personalized au, even when hes a little older. while bart's still feral/wild as he normally is, he has a soft spot for meloni and hates to dissapoint or upset her. i think his relationship with don/his father has some potential too! but don and bart are way too alike and would probably end up causing silly shenanigans if left alone for too long. two speedsters with high energy without meloni's supervision can't be good. being an adult doesn't mean don doesn't think about doing things for fun.

- dawn would probably visit them a lot! her brother is her best friend most probably, so it would make sense. jenni would also make several appearences. her and bart are super close and would be the type of cousins to beg their parents for a sleepover everytime there's a family event, to no avail (unless it does work, then, more power to them)

Hi! Do you have any headcannons about Meloni and Don’s relationship?

oh i dont have much but i do have a few! theyre one of the few hetero ships i actually enjoy because i think there's so much potential if dc were to ever actually give meloni, don, or their shared relationship a chance!!

here we go boys, it might get long

ok so to start off small i like to headcanon that meloni is like....very short. this is mostly based off my own take but comparing her to bart, who in his impulse run is about 5 foot 1, she's maybe an inch or so taller than him. and don, who idk if its canon or not is probably around barry's height (6 foot i believe) would probably be the same if not a inch or so smaller or bigger. i like to think don loves to sweep meloni off her feet (literally!) because she's tiny compared to him and they can just....run off into the sunset, laughing

i also like to think meloni initiates a lot of things. whether it be affection, or even family decisions between her, him, and probably bart. don probably is very easy-going, if he's anything like barry, and just wants to see her smile, and will put up with silly things.

another thing, meloni was probably the one to initiate the relationship to begin with. i think from what ive seen, she feels strange being the offspring of eobard considering how much damage he's done not only to the flash fam but just in general as a villain . she wants to be better than her father and actually fight for what she believes is right, which is what don would do as the flash. she must've been inspired by it. she mightve gone searching for don knowing barry had kids and just...fell in love with him. with everything.

even as parents, id think they'd be very "lovey-dovey" and affectionate with each other. just cute things. little domestic stuff that most couples tend to phase out after awhile. theyre jsut happy to be together!

Jon Kent and Conner Kent brother Headcanons?

For sure!

So Jon was originally an only child, but then Conner and Chris came along when he was 5-6.

Conner is about 8/9 years older than Jon.

He is always there to give Jon advice about whatever problems he’s having.

They would do there chores together when they both lived in Hamilton.

Conner would take Jon to hang out with his team sometimes before Jon joined his own team.

15 year old Conner was definitely still adjusting to life when he met Jon, but he definitely tried his best to be a good brother.

Jon has stolen some of Conner baseball caps.

Kon took Jon on one of his first official missions when he was ten.

Kon was the second Kent kid after Jon.

Both of them would cook dinner together once a week, something that the other Kent kids join in on once they’re part of the family.

Both of them are very sweet and respectful kids (most of the time lmao)

Jon is mad that despite being the firstborn kid, he’s still the youngest of 4.

Conner comes and visits Jon a lot when he’s on his team.

Jon is devistated when Kon “dies”.

But when he comes back is one of the best memories of his life.

They both look very similar, and are the only two Kent siblings that actually look a lot alike.

Clark plays catch with the boys when Conner comes to live with them, just to give him a sense of normalcy and let the two of them bond.

Lois is usually the one to take the kids to the daily planet, and takes the two of them when Kon comes along.

Jon calls Conner all the time once he moves out.
