"whats your 5 year plan?" buddy I nearly go insane thinking about what I should have for dinner
I would say passive suicidal ideation shaped my childhood and subsequently my adulthood due to lack of planning, but even when things were good, I didn’t have that “fight” that kept humanity going since the dawn of time. Like, the whole “life finds a way” thing- completely doesn’t even register as a possibility. It started when I was younger, I was so scared of getting sick. Terminal illness, to be exact. I would say I had hobbies and interests and as a matter of fact, had a very bad OCD tendency to think “what if this person died?” And spend 3 hours crying thinking I might’ve killed them with my mind.
I was in elementary school when I saw a video of someone who had lost a limb and their vision in their teens and I just thought “that’s terrible, if I were her I’d just end it” and then try to backtrack and think “well, maybe I could do it… nah, I’d end it.”
This especially came up during the 2000’s apocalypse movie boom. Zombies? I’d rather drink bleach. Aliens? Gun to my head. Monsters? Go ahead and guess.
As an adult in my late twenties, I don’t think about zombies or monsters all that much. I do think about losing my vision or hearing. Having a child makes me want to fight but I hate how fragile my will to live has always been lol.

There was a secret dollar store that only the social elite were allowed to go to, and you basically had to clip through the walls to get to it like the backrooms. Nothing in the store was under $5.
I heard there was a Dollar Store
But for the Elite and not the Poor
But you don’t really go for bargains
Do ya?
It goes like this, a wall to clip
A final fall, a spatial slip
In the back rooms, nothing costs less than a fiver
Than a fiver
Than a fiver~
my rational mind: I know that frogurt is a silly way of abbreviating frozen yogurt
me every single time: Frog Yogurt
There’s a lot of stuff from scifi that eventually came true but it turned out that nobody liked them very much or they became very niche.
Flying cars for example. We did it! Literally nobody wants this though.
Meal in a pill? Well we didn’t get that exactly but we do have Soylent and Huel which are mostly just used by gym bros and people who care more about convenience than enjoying their food.
Remote jobs and school? It exists. Sometimes that’s good but it doesn’t work for everything.
Virtual reality? Yeah. Most people don’t like it and it makes some people sick if they use it but it’s got its niche.
Brain chips? Really useful for some disabled people. The rest of us don’t really want the internet in our brains though tbh.
Robot dogs? Turns out they work for the police. Whoops.
I need a Choopo CRK video ASAP
