A Keto diet is an individual journey. Your "WHY" may not be the same as someone else. Meaning that how and why you keto may be different than someone else way of keto.
 It's important to remember that so we don't compare our journey to other journeys.  And yet it is important to surround ourselves with people who share similar goals no matter the journey. I find most journeys like weight loss are easier to travel when you can talk and commiserate with people so, join an online forum, join a club, maybe you have a friend who is on a journey, be each other's cheer team and listening pole.

1 - Don't compare your keto journey to others
Our minds, bodies, goals, and journeys may look similar on the outside but when we look closer, people are just as different as we are similar. Your keto journey is yours and yours alone.
 2 - If you are having a hard time, ask for help
This is something we all struggle with and asking for help can be the thing that leads you on a path to success or on the path to more struggle. We all have the benefit to seek help from people who have gone through a journey, and could still be on that journey. Take their wisdom. People understand your struggle and want to help. Reach out to that friend, group, club or nutrition coach.
3 - There is no Carb limit for everyone.

4 - Progress is Progress no matter how small
One of the biggest things to remember on a keto weight loss journey is that progress may be small at times and huge at other times. But really, the "small " progress is huge. Take pride in that. You are living differently than you were before. All these small progress, small or huge add up. Celebrate all you lose!
5 - Consistency is the key! Do your best
Never think any time on your journey as a failure. They are learning moments. Keep a journal. Take note of what works and what doesn't and keep going. Never think that if you fall you have failed. Remember, you have not stopped your journey, so simply continue it!
6 - There is no one right way to Keto. Don't let anyone Keto shame you, and don't do it to others.
