“Hunting party!„ || Lyra & Fire
Late afternoon, such a perfect timing for a young and excited explorer as Lyra to approach the well-known mountain located in northern Kanto, between Pewter City in the west and Cerulean City in the east. Actually, it wasn’t possible to climb it, yet many adventurers may get pass it throughout its caves: as far as she knew that place, the brunette has always wanted to delve into it and hunt for one of the most rare stone around Johto, the moon stone. She didn’t have a specific purpose for finding this object, yet she naturally had a determined temper toward those kind of subjects –so she couldn’t really renounce to such opportunity.
Reached the main entrance of the mystical mountain, the brunette gingerly entered the dusky hole, few paces and she found herself in a rocky maze, no exits were to be seen, just huge and strange craters scattered all around the surface, here and there pinkish Pokèmon swiftly ran toward the darkest part of the place as to hide themselves from potential dangers. Few liquid noises could be heard as well as the young trainer ventured a little more inside the mount, russet eyes trailing around as many sparks came from shattered stones –possibly the so rare and unobtainable – in other locations – pieces of fallen meteors.
The more she proceeded in the deep inside of the cave, the more she felt uneasy with herself, apprehension that enhanced as she suddenly heard few footsteps coming her way, slow paces that seemed to belong to a human being more than a Pokèmon. “Is anyone around?” her voice shook as it was emitted from her petite frame, hands nervously closing into punches as she tried to analyse the surroundings –tension was gradually increasing.
“Can anybody hear me?” another call, another wait as she stood in her position, not really willing to bump into an unfamiliar and unfriendly figure –she wasn't craven, yet she was way too cautious.

Who's Ready For Summer!?! || Kyouhei & Lyra
Beachbeachbeach!!!!
[The little fluff ball was already stripping off his clothes as he ran out on the hot sand. Finally the weather is starting to get hot enough and you know what that means!?]
It’s beach time!!
[He yelled out excitedly as he jumped right out of his shorts. Articles of clothing and his bag were left in a trail behind him as all he had left on was his full body wet suit. He never takes it off for he never knows when he’s going to go for a dip. Especially with summer rolling around the corner, this could be extremely frequent.]
[Since he just tossed his bag on the sand, a few Pokeballs just rolled right out and let them free to enjoy the beach as well. Riolu will run right after Kyouhei as he’s rushing right in as the tide is pushing towards him, while Zoroark will take a towel from his bag for him to lay on. The sun was perfect for some nice relaxation, and warm enough for them to fully enjoy the water today.]
Ah, geez! The water is still cold!
[He laughed. Honestly nothing could stop him. Freezing cold water, storms, whirlpools, none of that could take him away from swimming in the ocean.]
Hey Riolu! First one to make it to the ropes gets two sea salt popsicles!
[Riolu excitedly started swimming right away. Kyouhei will beat him to the dead end, but they both swim back to earn their victory prizes in the end. He walked up to the vender and ordered just one for each right now. He’ll give Riolu the second later since he put up a good fight. Probably only a very few could out swim Kyouhei since he’s been swimming before he learned how to walk.]
You think anyone else would be coming out here today?
[He looked down after taking a few licks of his popsicle at Riolu that was happily enjoying his. The little fighting puppy barked in reply. Its a possibility. Sure it was still an off day to start swimming, but there could be someone else that comes and joins them!]
If so I’ll challenge them to a swim off!
Sun shines pouring down from above as the brunette attempted to lift her russet eyes to the sky, Such a perfect day to spend at the seaside! she thought to herself as she hint a fleeting smile at her Azumarill who was already hopping around ready and looking forward to play with the rounded object he held in his tiny hands. “Just give me few minutes to seek for a spot to set our belongings, geez!” she sighed as she proceeded through the sandy soil, a brief gesture with her hand as to motion her little creature to play around a little bit while she arranged all their stuff.
It was the first day of summer today and luckily for the brunette, she got the chance to spend the whole day at the beach, with the possibility to choose between playing with her Pokèmon with an inflatable ball, lying in the sand to sunbath or just having a swim in the pure water of the sea. Every single option sounded highly enticing to her –yet, as soon as she finished sorting her things, she ended up on playing with her Azumarill, as he literally dragged his trainer with him nearby the shore, the plastic ball already floating in the air as he endeavored to throw it at her.
“Nice try Marui!~” she teased, her palms gently hitting the coming ball, trying her best not to repel the spherical object way too hard so her Azumarill could easily reach it. It has been a while since she hasn’t had fun with her Pokèmon at the seaside –the last time she went there was..many years ago maybe? She couldn’t really remember, all her remembrances stopped from her last visit to her parents, which it was just few months ago. That’s exact, she doesn’t have a really good memory.
“Oh, try to hit this one— Oh!” and without realizing it, she actually pushed the ball a bit too strong and high for the tiny Pokèmon to reach it, the spherical object proceeded her flight path over his head and long ears, ending up bumping against a young boy few meters away from the couple, the apparently delicious ice lolly he was holding in his hand ruinously fell off the ground. His face told her his extreme disappointment.
Oh shit— she thought to herself as she swiftly reached for her ball, hands hastily picking up the imply object, an apologetic look was given as she made eye-contact with him. “I’m so sorry about your ice lolly!” she said in a low voice, she truly didn’t mean to cause him such trouble. “Can you forgive me? It was my fault— I was playing with my Azumarill and I hit the ball in a wrong way and— Apologies!”
She was broken.

From Races to Ruins || [ Green & Lyra ]
“Man, you’re never gonna want to leave, huh?”
The complete disregard of his question from Arcanine gave Green a very simple and well-expected answer. It wasn’t as if the canine was ignoring him on purpose; he was an extremely loyal and obedient Pokémon. It was just that his current situation left him a bit… unable to concentrate.
It was impossible for the Fire-type to focus on his trainer when surrounded by a swarm of the teeny Bug-types that were found within Johto’s National Park, which is where the two of them sat on this pleasant summer day. Instead of responding in any way to the man, Arcanine proceeded to cautiously inch his nose closer to a caterpie that had decided to stand right in front of his lowered head. Several other caterpie and weedle could be found inching across various areas of his body or flanking him from the side, either curious or oblivious to the danger that any normal arcanine could hold. All the while, Arcanine made an array of very pleased noises that made him sound more like a feline than a dog of any sort.
“Thought so,” Green chuckled, shaking his head with amusement. “Not with all these things around, anyways.”
Green joined his friend, laying comfortably on his side in the tall grass of the park ground not far from the cooing canine. He laid with his head propped up on one of his hands, keeping his eyes on his friend as he interacted with the wildlife. Green’s Eevee was perched upon his shoulders, up and off the ground, safe from the foreign creatures below. Being an incredibly shy Pokemon, she was much more comfortable with him then with Arcanine’s new friends.
As Green continued to spectate Arcanine’s merriment, he suddenly felt the sensation of some crawling up his arm. It didn’t take too many tries to guess what that could have been.
“Kinda wish they’d stick to you and off’a me, though…” he added somewhat grumpily as raised up off his elbow and sat himself up. He looked to his extended arm to reveal a particularly adventurous weedle which only continued to creep towards his shoulder.
Ruffled by Green’s sudden change of position, Eevee looked around to see what the cause of it had been. She looked to her trainer to see where his gaze laid and then soon followed it to spot the insect for herself. Natually, the timid vee was immediately startled. She exclaimed a squeak of surprise and then pressed herself securely against his neck, using what of his hair she could to conceal herself. Green laughed quickly through his nose, smiling softly at his Pokemon.
“I know they’re pesky, but they won’t hurt you. Here…”
Green then quickly removes the weedle from his arm and places it towards Arcanine. Next, he reaches behind his head and gently picks up Eevee to lift her to the front of his body. He leans forward, stretching his arms until she’s hovering just above the Fire-type’s back. Green softly plops her down there. A few caterpie sat not too far from her. Curious, the bugs begin inching towards her. Eevee remained still for a little while, nervously watching as they crept closer, but all composure was lost when a weedle caught her from behind, sneaking up and nudging into her tail. After that, Eevee jumped with a squeak and came running right back into Green’s arms with alarming speed. Chuckling, Green takes Eevee back, cradling her close his chest as he rubs her head.
Green continues his petting session with Eevee for a long while, but at some point he notices Arcanine suddenly raise his head up out of the corner of his eye. The brunet then turns his full attention on the Fire-type to see that he has left the attention of the caterpie to raise his body up and stare off into the distance. His ears are pointed straight to the sky, as well. This tells Green that some far-off sound has caught the dog’s attention…
“Hey, Arcanine, what’s up?” he calls, curious. Whatever it was distracting him, it had to be something big in order to draw him away from caring for the caterpies—that was for sure.
Thread and stuff;;
Aww, so many new folks has arrived! And of course I have no time at all, goddamn. My summer is gonna be so full of travels. lol
Anyway, I hope I will get some time to get acquainted with everyone, really. As for now, I have a small announcement: tomorrow morning I'm setting off with my mother and my best friend for vacation, yay~ I will be away just for a week though, so I won't require any hiatus –as a matter of fact, I will certainly need it during July, as I will be away for two weeks, but I’ll spare the details for future ooc posts. For now, just know I’ll be still following your moves guys (sneaky arianna ay), or at least I’ll try to participate in TMI’s events and such. I feel bad ‘cause I sense like I haven’t really given all myself to all of you –meaning I would love to interact a little more with members I still not contacted, which is a bit comical as I’m shy as shit when it comes to casually talk to other persons. As memento, I’ll try to get in touch with everyone when I’ll come back from my holidays (ha ah, feeling like a creep now).
So, my dear thread partners, be patient with me and for everyone, have fun and enjoy summer, I wish you all a splendid week! Love you all! You all are awesome, keep it up, and wait for my return!~ ♥
There's no such thing as bad omens || Lyra & Leaf
Why must her Raichu be such an adventurous little thing? He was quite brave despite being the mouse Pokemon.
Leaf stared in the direction that her orange companion have run off to, hoping that he’ll poke his head out to reassure her that he’s alright, or scurry on out to his trainer from the possible fear from ghosts. She hasn’t really encountered many ghosts (she didn’t spend too much time in Lavender Town), so she wasn’t sure if Raichu would be strong enough against them. It also didn’t help that she never been inside the building before, so the thought of rotting wood falling and crushing the small Pokemon crossed her mind, scaring her even more. That silly mouse was going to get a talking to—-
Just as she finished that last thought, she suddenly felt a light touch on her shoulder, causing the trainer to jump a few feet away from the source, squeaking in shock. Her eyes flashed over to see who or what had touched her.
"O-Oh!" Just another trainer. Thank goodness. Leaf brought a hand to her chest, feeling her heart pound against it and hearing each fast beat rush into her ears. Her eyes caught the sight of the Eevee rubbing its head and body against her legs in attempt to comfort her as she took slow deep breaths to slow her heart down. "I’m sorry.. I didn’t mean to be so jumpy."
The brunette took a short moment to collect her thoughts and finally register the question that was asked. Lowering her hands and kneeling down to pet the Eevee in thanks, she glanced over to the burned tower. “My Raichu ran inside there all of a sudden..” she started, worry replacing any shock from the surprised encounter. “I’m afraid he’ll get himself hurt and I don’t know if I should chase him down or get the authorities to help.”
Such a mess this was. Leaf felt her cheeks flush from embarrassment. Hopefully this other trainer didn’t see her as a novice trainer that didn’t know how to keep an eye on her Pokemon. Raichu had always been this way, but her fear in superstition is what was keeping her here yet. And because of his actions, she might have to take time out of another trainer just to help her get her Pokemon back. How embarrassing.
Yet, she couldn’t help but wonder, in the back of her mind, what had caught her little companion’s attention that would cause him to leave her side. He would never make her worry—- well, not this much, anyways. Oh no. Was she becoming curious as well?
A gentle touch which revealed to be way too harsh, as the brunette reacted with a rather terrified expression drawn on her face, she probably expect no one to be around the zone at this hour. It was fairly comprehensible, she as well was rather surprised to have found someone lingering around such place at this hour –not that it was that late, yet it wasn’t safe to stroll around the Burned Tower during this time of the day: there were many reasons why no one should walk around that zone now, yet the concern overwhelmed Lyra’s thoughts as she tenderly looked at the stranger, her Eevee already easing the tension as the unknown brunette slowly crouched in order to pat her furry top.
“My Raichu ran inside there all of a sudden..”
An unexpected confession leaked from her lips, fingers trapped her mouth as she tried to speak without hesitations, she surely felt truly worried about her Pokèmon, no doubts about it. Lyra as well now felt kind of displeased for that poor trainer, a brief look at the girl who was explaining what happened and then, almost mechanically, she shifted her gaze toward the Burned Tower, dull russet eyes gingerly analyzing the exterior – or at least what was left – of the edifice, then falling over the entrance, shivering at the thought of getting lost inside such place. Many entered the building, yet not the same number then exited that hellish place. Legends they said, yet it was never too late to avoid entering that chasm.
“I’m not going to leave you like this.” the brunette bluntly spoke, leaning her body over to reach for her hands, then gently helping her out to stand again on her feet. “We will find your Raichu!” she claimed, a rather wide smile tugged her lips as she noticed a hint of relief in the stranger’s eyes –hazel shades which perfectly matched the rest of the autumnal path.
Even more enthusiastic than her own trainer, Lyra’s Eevee proceeded the two females, already jumping over the main and only entrance of the tower, the one where that mouse-alike Pokèmon disappeared few moments before. “See? Even Shinka is willing to help you.” she refused to let go of her hands, gently guiding her till the hole of the building, seemingly been the entrance. “Oh, by the way! I’m Lyra.” she suddenly realized she hasn’t introduced herself yet, a nervous laugh leaked from her lips as to cover her slight embarrassment. “And you are—?”

[He wasn’t as swift as the little one rushed on ahead of him inside the facility, though seeing her will leave the people inside shocked until they think to even call out there Pokémon. He’ll be there right as they do, lifting his hat to let Pikachu hop right on out and land with ease in a battling position. The yellow mouse looked terrifying in contrast to how cute he could be, aggressive bolts sparked from his cheeks threateningly at the trainers and their Pokémon.]

There's no such thing as bad omens || Lyra & Leaf
She has always wanted to give the Burned Tower in Ecruteak City a visit.
Leaf stood there, staring at the rotted building, showing off its old scars from the engulfing flames that took a hold of it years ago. The atmosphere seems pretty dead, too, as if there was a force field of death that surrounded the area, trying to protect whatever was left from any intruders.
Why didn’t she visit this place before when she journeyed through the Johto region? The answer was simple.
Ghosts.
Just the thought of them brought a shiver crawling up her spine. She really didn’t have a problem with Ghost-type Pokemon (she has one stored away), but when they’re in their environment, it’s hard not to be spooked and think if those ghosts were once other types of Pokemon in the past. Like how she heard how Red rescued a baby Cubone and helped the mother Marowak be in peace. The thought of being haunted by an angry Pokemon spirit didn’t sound too great.
Her eyes spotted a small shrine for the Pokemon that did die in the fire. Ah, well, at least it wasn’t inside the building; she wasn’t sure if she would have been able to handle that if it was.
She took slow steps towards the shine, sensing that something inside stirred at her sudden presence. There were no flowers or offerings, since she didn’t plan that far ahead. This trip was, admittedly, a last minute idea that she had while in Goldenrod City. If it weren’t for her curiosities being elsewhere and her always wanting to be on the go after she finished what she was doing in the area, she would be visiting the two towers in Ecruteak City more often.
Leaf paused once she was a couple feet from the shine. The tablet looked worn, but still had the look that someone was trying their best to look its best. She reached out and lightly touched the tablet, believing that this was the only way to physically touch the spirits.
The visit wouldn’t be complete without her Raichu popping out of his Pokeball and landing beside her. Leaf eyed her Pokemon, making sure that he would behave at the shrine. She didn’t want the spirits to be upset with her for what Raichu did.
"Rai.." The Pokemon stared at the tablet, lowering his ears and tail, causing Leaf to frown at the sight. She knew that Raichu knew what happened here and that it didn’t need to be explained. Kneeling, she pat the Raichu’s head, giving him a reassuring smile.
"Hey, I’m sure they’re fine," she stated softly. The tale of a Legendary Pokemon reviving three Pokemon from the fire, bringing three more legendary creatures to life. If the story was true or not was something she wasn’t sure on. Rumors have been said that the three beasts have been spotted, and even named. Entei, Raikou, and Suicune. Fire, lightning, and water. She wouldn’t mind seeing the trio herself if given the chance.
However, now was not the time to think about that. Especially when the sounds from inside the scorched building started getting a little louder.
"I-I don’t think they want any more visitors…" she whispered, glancing over to the Pokemon to see if he agreed. Unfortunately for her, he was more interested in what the sounds were than trying to stay away. Of course.
His ears were on high alert, ready to pounce on anything that might try to jump out on them. This only lasted for a moment before he ran towards the building.
"R-Raichu! Don’t go any closer!" she cried out, standing tall with her hands near her face. Any courage that she had before this moment, was now replaced fairly quickly by fear. Fear that her Raichu was going to give her a bad omen and they will start haunting her for the rest of her life.
Though, fear soon turned into panic when the Raichu disappeared in the building. “Come back here! Raichu!”
Being possibly one of her favourite place of the whole region of Johto, the brunette utterly loved spending her time strolling along the eternally autumnal path that led to the Bell tower, twin of the Brass Tower –better known as Burned Tower, after the legendary and disastrous accident that happened several years ago. She wasn’t much the type of myths and legends, yet she absolutely adored this part of the city, its majestic colours were something the brunette couldn’t really renounce, even if the road was some sort of joining point between the two towers –a rather mystical aura was around the zone, she couldn’t really deny it.

Do you have a favorite Type of Pokemon? Least favorite?
Being not so picky about types of Pokèmon, the petite brunette simply smiled at the question, not really knowing what to say in reply. “I’m afraid, but I guess I have no favourite types at all!—“ she lingered for a moment, actually thinking about the question for several moments. “Well, perhaps, if I really have to choose, I would choose Grass-type or Normal-type!” pretty basic, but she liked those kind of Pokèmon, mostly the furry ones.
“Yet, I have a least favourite type –the Poison-type. They’re just not too much for me, huh.” she confessed bluntly, not really having a grudge against them: she simply didn’t like the fact they’re mostly creepy and ugly Pokèmon.
Favorite and least favorite seasons? Why?
The brunette curled her lips in a rather dinky smile, another subject she actually liked a lot. “My favourite season is indeed autumn.” she paused, thinking back about the only one city that she always wished to live as there was an eternally autumnal season there –Ecruteak City. Possibly one of her favourite city of all, she particularly enjoyed the slow descending of leaves, a multicoloured scenery that often left the brunette breathless. “The colours of this season are my reasons behind my liking; they give me— an astonishing feeling.” she simply pointed out, a brief smile as she recalled her last time being there.
“While, spring isn’t one of my favourite seasons.” she claimed, a rather annoyed sneer drew on her visage as she thought about the obnoxious gusts of wind full of different kind of pollen. “Uh, you know— pollen and such. And I’m allergic.”
“Keep your mind on the mission„ (Criminal AU) || Lyra & Red
[Pikachu poked right out of Red’s hat, looking out to see where Red and his partner Lyra were out to do this time. Though since the rodent were to stay concealed while they were sneaking about, Red pushed his hat down to tuck the yellow blob back under his hat. His hat was big enough to hide him, but geez he was heavy sitting atop the grunts head.]
[He followed a good five steps behind Lyra, her always being the better one with directions and leading the way to get to their destination with little to no problems at all. Indeed, they were the duo everyone talked about. Their colleagues and admins of the team were always impressed how well and quickly things got done, so they were always assigned to most missions. Not only were they a talk of the corporation, but also across the region. Most Wanted. But it would be a challenge to catch this duo.]
[Red nodded. He was close enough to hear as she began to give instructions of their mission. There were a few valuables in this shop they were to retrieve. There would be too many witnesses since this is a popular shop, so thats why there would be some confrontation involved. Not that ever was a problem.]
[As Lyra walked ahead, Red had to fuss with Pikachu trying to come out of his hat again. He didn’t mean to dally, but Pikachu was extremely restless today. Maybe excited to get ready for a battle. Which Red understood completely. He was ready to get in there and defeat everyone in the vicinity.]
Alright, alright. I’m coming, don’t be so pushy.
[The grunt sighed. His colleague was a hyper one, so he often got tired out too quickly, but he did enjoy her company. He wouldn’t get anything done without her help either so she was a great asset.]
[He pushed his hat back down again and quickly made his way up the steps, pressing himself near the door, but ducking away from windows. He double checked for people around the area as well so no one would interrupt their mission.]
We beat everybody, retrieve what we can, and outta here, right?
[He echoed her instructions in his own words. Short and to the point.]
On your mark, then. Lets finish this quickly.
[There was food to be eaten and naps to be taken. Most of the time, he acted like he hated his job, but he actually enjoyed it. Just he’d much rather be slacking off.]
Do you play favorites with any of you Pokemon?
“Honestly?” she asked with curiosity, a hint of mischief leaked from her words as she liked teasing about those kind of stuff. “I guess I have a weak spot for my Meganium, heh—“ she giggled, she was quite proud of her Grass-type Pokèmon, even though she treated all her Pokèmon in the same way. She didn’t like partisanship and such, as she profoundly loved her teammates in the same way.
Though, she can’t deny she has also a rather huge liking for her Eevee, mostly when she rolls on her back. kawaii
