Just a friendly reminder that as nice as healing sounds, and the way it’s romanticized to be this beautiful experience… I don’t want you to step into a journey naive to how painful things can actually become. You’re remembering and feeling all of your traumas and allowing yourself to let them go. And there’s growing pains that come along with the shedding. Healing myself has been one of the most painful things I’ve had to deal with. All of my suppressed feelings, had to surface. I had no one to talk to that could understand me. So it’s been incredibly lonely. The more I craved attention from others, the more energy I was taking away from myself that I should’ve been pouring in. The consistent lessons that maybe someone or something isn’t really for you, no matter how much you asked. Source doesn’t care about what you want, source cares about your intentions. So you’ll be a walking contradiction during your evolution. Changing your mind, going in and out of different moods. Just researching within for who you truly are. Nothing about it is mediocre. It’s a fucking rollercoaster of emotions and your grip on discipline and exuding those emotions is the seat belt. I just don’t want anyone to buy a crystal and a set of affirmation cards thinking it’s that simple to heal. It’s a start for sure, and I’m proud of anyone for investing in their stability. But there’s so much inner development that needs to occur to truly see results. You still have to do the work, using outside resources are just a guide into that aspect, what direction you decide to go is 100% up to you.
