my name is charlie, or charles if you’re fancy. you can call me those names, or any other name that makes you feel safe.
for example; daddy, dad, pops, papa, mommy, mom, momma, mama. big bro, big sis, whatever floats your silly lil boat.
(I also like sir, mister, mr, miss, misses, etc if you’re not comfy with familial terms)
my main goal for this account is to be a guide and safe space for all the littles that might not have someone in their lives to look up to, I’ll be here no matter what, my DMs and asks are always open!
I only ask that you respect my DNI and boundaries!
DNI and more info under the cut.
DNI; nsfw or any kind of kink accounts, this is a safe place and I will not tolerate it at all, same goes with gore or any other topics not safe for kids. Also any kind of radq or transid users.
If you’re going to ask me anything please be aware of my boundaries, I don’t like to be referred to as any kind of neutral pronoun or terms, and I would prefer if any kiddos in my asks not vent publicly, you’re welcome to ask me in DMs to do that! It’s just to keep everyone safe and in a good headspace. other than that, go wild.
I will also mention that I am disabled and a mobility aid user, so I will post about that from time to time and it is a huge part of my caregiver headspace 🩷
If you’re like me and struggle with sleep due to a loud mind not being able to quiet down I have some ideas for you!
The only thing that has been able to help me sleep is by regressing every night. I imagine scenarios with my imaginary cgs and it helps settle my mind. I also have a few resources for when my brain is extra loud and I can’t hear my imagination:
⭐️ Bedtime stories with Bink and Dayn: a lovely Australian couple who make videos reading bedtime stories! I find their voices so soothing and they even have Bluey books! Sometimes they read a little too fast for my sleepy brain to process so I often turn the speed down a notch :)
⭐️ Agere ASMR playlist: A youtube playlist I made of agere comfort audios and sleep aids (all sfw of course!)
⭐️ Sleepy music playlist: A spotify playlist I made of music that helps me sleep
I hope this is helpful, remember that getting rest is SO important 🧸💫🌌

You've been dissociating for as long as you can remember. It's a daily part of your life that rarely goes away. Sometimes you lose minutes. Other times you lose entire years. Your memory isn't the best because of it. Remembering things is difficult.
But your regressor makes it easier. They poke your cheek when it's important to be aware. They curl up on your lap when you're unfocused. Grounding you. They always remind you of dates you need to know. Occasionally, your little even dissociates with you.
Their cries and giggles bring you to the present. The feel of their hand in yours, the tugging on your shirt when they want something, calling your name. It all helps pull you out of your mind and back with them.
