Turned my FAV chocolate bar into a cake π€© βBOUNTYβ. For this i used coconut cake and milk chocolate ganache to coat and layer the cake π€€ INGREDIENTS FOR COCONUT CAKE; 1 and ΒΌ cup all-purpose flour 1 and ΒΌ tsp baking powder ΒΌ tsp salt Β½ cup unsalted butter 1 cup sugar Β½ tsp vanilla extract 2 eggs Β½ cup milk 1/8 tsp coconut extract PROCEDURE; 1)π° Preheat the oven to 350Β°F. Line the bottom of each cake pan with parchment paper. 2)π° Sift the flour, baking powder, and salt into a medium bowl and whisk together. Set aside. 3)π° In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, beat the butter, sugar, coconut and vanilla extract on medium speed until light and fluffy, about 4 minutes. 4)π° Add the eggs, one at a time, beating until each addition is incorporated before adding the next. Scrape down the sides of the bowl with a spatula when necessary. 5)π° Add the flour mixture in four parts, alternating with the milk in three parts, beating just until each addition is incorporated before adding the next; do not overmix. 6)π° Scrape the batter into the prepared pan or pans and spread it so that it is smooth in the pan(s). Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. 7)π° Transfer to a wire rack and let cool completely.
