i love watching really gross mukbang videos of obese people because its disgusting and takes my appetite away.

ᯓ★ 2. Hiding snacks away

out of sight out of mind. my sister eats all of my snacks anyways so that helps me not binge because there's no snacks left

ᯓ★ 3. Drink water

i cant stress this enough, forgetting to eat food is great but never forget to drink water. whenever I feel like I want to eat snacks I just sip on some water

ᯓ★ 4. Eat fibers

apparently fiber fills you up for longer and is healthy! food that contain fiber :

brocoli

avacados

apples

dried fruit

ᯓ★ 5. Eat slowly

i dont know why exactly this works, all i know is that eating slowly makes me feel fuller faster

ᯓ★ 6. Workout

everytime I feel the urge i just go and workout, it helps me stay focus and makes me obsess over results which makes me not binge/fast longer

ᯓ★ 7. dont fast immediately after if you do end up binging

i know its hard to but fasting after a binge session can lead to a cycle of fasting and binging which is really hard to get out of TvT

ᯓ★ 8. Go for a walk

sometimes when I get the urge i just go outside for a walk to distract myself and dont return until the urges go away
