This poignant account of small-town life in Ireland after the economic disaster and housing bust of 2008 uses 21 characters to weave a tapestry of Irish dramatic tragedy. Wayne Farrell's gifted voice and captivating Irish brogue are mesmerizing. The story revolves around the family of a self-made developer/builder caught in the crisis. Farrell is so versatile that listeners may sometimes think they're hearing a full-cast recording. For each character monologue, man, woman, child, or even dead people, Farrell dazzles with all the anguish, wit, sorrow, or excitement required. There are times when a narrator enhances a book, and there are times like this when he makes it. M.C. © AudioFile 2014, Portland, Maine

First you'll hear the original raw audio, then you'll hear the final audio.
Submitted files measure between -22dB and -19dB RMS, with peaks around -3dB.
This particular audio analyzed as it's shown on the screenshot above.
Feedback Comments:
“Great work! The publisher was very pleased with this project, as am I. Thank you again Denise.”
— Wayne Farrell, Oman
First you'll hear the original audio submitted, it was recorded inside a jackets pocket, so there are a lot of noise on the recording.
On the second repeat, you'll hear a standard audio restoration applied without corrupting the speakers voice harmonics for the sake of removing noise (it still contains some noise, but speakers voices are also still sounding natural) depending on clients choice.
On the third repeat, you'll hear extreme audio restoration applied effecting the speakers voice harmonics, but resulting with minimum noise, depending on clients choice.
Audiobook: A Quest Of Heroes by Morgan Rice
Another book narrated by Wayne Farrell.
“A breathtaking new epic fantasy series. Morgan Rice does it again! This magical saga reminds me of the best of J.K. Rowling, George R.R. Martin, Rick Riordan, Christopher Paolini and J.R.R. Tolkien. I couldn’t put it down!” --Allegra Skye, Bestselling author of SAVED From #1 Bestselling author Morgan Rice comes the debut of a dazzling new fantasy series. A Quest Of Heroes (Book #1 in The Sorcerer's Ring) revolves around the epic coming of age story of one special boy, a 14 year old from a small village on the outskirts of the Kingdom of the Ring. The youngest of four, the least favorite of his father, hated by his brothers, Thorgrin senses he is different from the others. He dreams of becoming a great warrior, of joining the King’s men and protecting the Ring from the hordes of creatures on the other side of the Canyon. When he comes of age and is forbidden by his father to try out for the King’s Legion, he refuses to take no for an answer: he journeys out on his own, determined to force his way into King’s Court and be taken seriously.

Audiobook: The Hawk and His Boy by Christopher Bunn
From narrator Wayne Farrell's voice. Our first work was an 8.5 hour fantasy trilogy, first volume; The Hawk and His Boy by Christopher Bunn.
The Beginning of an Epic Adventure Jute can break into any house, climb any wall, and steal anything--and he just got hired for what he thinks is an easy burglary job. The only problem is, if he succeeds, the Thieves Guild is going to murder him. He just doesn't know that. Not yet. Being a thief always came easy for him, but it's a lot harder now, particularly when everyone wants him dead. Hiding out in the city of Hearne, Jute finds some strange allies in an old wizard and a talking hawk. Together, they uncover an ancient secret of terrifying power. All Jute needs to do is stay alive long enough to figure out why's there's a price on his head, why a deadly shadow is stalking him, and why the Dark is haunting his dreams. Also, why on earth is the wind talking to him? The Hawk And His Boy is the first book of The Tormay Trilogy. The trilogy continues with The Shadow At The Gate, and concludes with The Wicked Day.
