Rammstein as... planets and heavenly bodies!

(This one goes out for all my astrology girlies!)

TILL LINDEMANN: The Sun. Huge and associated with fire, and the centre of the band/solar system. It also represents creative life force, and Till is a poet.

RICHARD KRUSPE: Venus. Represents love and beauty, and the brightest thing in the night sky, and Richard is definitely a pretty boy! It's also associated with taste and artistic inclination, which is akin to why Richard formed Emigrate, to better suit his tastes.

It's also known for emitting toxic fumes, and Richard is a smoker...

PAUL LANDERS: Mercury. Small and fast and grey, this planet even LOOKS like Paul! Mercury rules over communication and curiosity, and it's seated next to Venus in the solar system.

CHRISTOPH SCHNEIDER: Saturn. Beautiful to look at, and it's golden rings resemble a drum cymbal to me. Saturn also rules over responsibility, time and routine, all of which are important things when playing the drums. And many people see Schneider as the meditator and "responsible" member of the band.

OLIVER RIEDEL: Jupiter. The biggest planet in the solar system, with Saturn as the second biggest (just like how Ollie and Schnei are the tallest members of the band). Jupiter rules over bounty and growth (just like how Ollie's bass skills are a good bounty for the band), and is associated with good will and humour too.

FLAKE LORENZ: Uranus. This planet rules over change and innovation, just like how Flake's synth keyboard music is innovative and changes the band for the better. This is also the planet that represents individuality! Just like how Flake is often the odd one out in the band, Uranus is the odd one out too. It rotates sideways!

I honestly can't resist showing them all, especially since some of you really want to see them all! Even with their own unique quirks. So, during the next update, I'll entertain you with them.

It's incredible how much he's sparked interest, in complete contrast to his "real" persona, but hey… maybe he, too, has a tender heart beneath his arrogant and authoritarian demeanor. Maybe he just needs to find the right person to reawaken his sweetness. Or not?
