I was in London yesterday so I wandered around Seven Dials and Covent Garden because my obsession with The Bone Season knows no bounds. These are a few random pictures I took there while I was imagining the London Paige lives in.

That feeling when one of your favourite authors reblogs your random photos of Oxford you tried to make look slightly creepy, but you know fully well it doesn't even come close to the creepiness of Sheol I. Completely made my rainy Sunday into a beautiful day 🤗

Do you know that feeling you get in the 1 second after you wake up from a dream and you’re not sure what’s real and what’s not? That’s how I feel most of the time.

What if Mars and Venus and even the Moon and all the other planets are full of life, but we are limited by our definition of life to find it. There could be sentient beings and we are not able to detect them because we’re looking for amino acids and cells and organic things we would understand, but what if life can be so much more that that and we’ll never know. What if we’re the weird ones because we’re made of amino acids and DNA and stuff?

You forgive others so easily yet you won’t forgive yourself. That’s not the way to do it. You don’t have to forgive others, you can stay mad at them for the rest of your life, you don’t even have to see or talk to them for the rest of your life. Don’t forgive them, forget them and find better people to be in your life. But you have to forgive yourself because you will spend the rest of your life with yourself. There simply is no other option. So stop punishing yourself and take care of yourself.
