explain the entire papyrus iceberg please i know like 2 things on it
Papyrus' suit is a costume party outfit:
Papyrus' Battle Body is a costume made for a party he attended a few weeks before the game takes place, this is mentioned by Sans at the electric maze I believe.
Zarla made a post where they managed to screen record a fight with Papyrus where they were knocked down to 1HP and before they could heal they were hit with another bone and Papyrus immediately stopped the fight. In the GIF the bone makes contact and the soul flashes like it has been hit but NO HEALTH IS LOST. Papyrus is so against killing the human he can make attacks that do 0 damage.
Papyrus is the younger brother:
The official Japanese Localization of UT, for which Toby gave extensive notes for pretty much every line of dialog, has Papyrus refer to Sans as Nii-Chan. I would throw a screenshot as evidence but I cannot read any Japanese at all so I could accidentally put the wrong screencap, and unless you read it, it wouldn't really be helpful. If you do read it, get UT and change the language to Japanese. Another interesting thing is how Papyrus' speech is written in the traditional fashion which I don't think anyone else does.

Papyrus' boss music "Bonetrousle" has an extended different remix in the trailers, including the original one. It has never been explained.
None of Papyrus dialog starts with a * even though every single other character's dialog does (except the entries from Gaster)
I'm getting a bit tired at this point (I filled this out out of order so this one is actually being written last lmao) so I'm not going to get get screencaps because there's a lot to get, but on several occasions Papyrus either lies around Sans in phone calls or pretends to not know something that he clearly knows about when Sans is not present.

Probably a reference to the description of him in the geno run, but it could also be a reference to all of his dialog that was broken on release, some of which is still broken to this day.
This is just one of many examples where Papyrus' lack of sleeping is brought up
Seeing through the phone:
Papyrus seems to be able to see what the player is looking at through the phone. He says things like “I can’t see you!”, “Draw a diagram and hold it it up to the phone!”, “That bag of dog food looks familiar”, and “Here let me draw it for you so that you can see!”. However, Toriel’s phone is much too old to text, so it’s not possible for it to have a video chat. I would show screenshots but there's so many of them.

Fun fact, this is some of the dialog that was broken on initial release but later fixed in a patch.
No music plays in his room:
There doesn't appear to be any videos, so no easy way to show you evidence for this one, but unless Papyrus is in his room, the room is completely silent, even after the true pacifist boss fight where Reunited will play in every single room. The room where you fight him is similar in that no music plays unless he is there, with the exception that Reunited will play there.
I believe this is in reference either to his stats being beefed up in a later patch or the fact that before this patch he was the only character who's defense went up when he spared you in the geno run.
This was actually something changed in one of the first patches for UT ever, his text used to shake and twitch a lot, but was likely changed for accessibility reasons.
Papyrus has a total of 2184 lines in the game - more than any other character, and almost as much as the narrator of the game, which is at 2418 lines. The next closest character is Undyne, with 1268 total lines.

It is mentioned both by him in a phone call from the game and by Toriel in the official winter alarm clock dialog released by Toby.
When you call him in the room with all the echo flowers he freaks out really bad.
This took a while but at least it wasn't the other more detailed Papyrus iceberg type thing from twitter I saw a few months back. That would have probably taken a few days to fully explain. XD This is that one btw:
