The time has come to share the news since I've been quiet for a little while. I single-handedly(Cam and Richard lol) paved my way at ULM and made a mark with a lot of people in my short time here. But, I decided that to aid my professional development on my way to becoming an AD in the future, i had to learn to fundraise. Welp i did "Nancy" today. Its 5rds of 15OH Squats and a 400m run. I did sled drags instead of the 400m and that was a bad idea. I would have had a bad(good) ole time if i could have had space to do 400's. Legs were fried from squats Wednesday. Ended w some core and double unders. Good conditioning day! Today I did my own version of what you call...Heavy DT but w regular DT weights. 4rounds 10,8,4 DL/Thrusters/Farmers walk....so not really DT 😂😂. I like playing around w this stuff. Then I ended w core and attempted some double-unders and that was cool. M/F is conditioning W is strength Every other day is running!
