Eric,,,, I am shaking him like a kid with a pair of maracas they were given bc they can't keep to the time

I think when he gets properly laughing, he snorts a lil bit. He's embarrassed about it but Rachel and Nick think it's cute. He also has a kinda odd sense of humour, so Nick and Rachel are doing their detective work to try and figure out just how to get him laughing. This man will commit to a running bit like it's his job. He likes feeling like he's part of something, even if it's minor, and jokes like that are perfect for doing just that.

What else,,,,, oh yeah! I think he bit/picked at his nails a bit as a kid. He was just kinda an anxious kid (also I do hc him as being neurodivergent which would potentially have an impact on it). Eventually he managed to mostly stop, but it still rises up again if he's stressed while not having to be massively alert.

There's probably more but this is just what's coming to me rn
