I always think the CoN scene in SF, where a pregnant Feyre walks around in her UTM dress, while Rhys gloats, knowing he withholds the full dangers of her pregnancy is one of the uglier moments in this series. It's such a jarring moment for me for so many reasons. The constant use of this dress, the fact that Rhys removes the shield while his enemies are mere feet away, all so he can gloat he got his wife pregnant. The fact that he is teasing and smug with Feyre knowing she's gonna die. And it's so indicative of the foundation their relationship is built upon. The shield, the dress, the knowledge. It's so weirdly dark to me. It's such a dark recreation of her moments UTM and such a clear visible sign of ownership.
