- THAT WAS AMAZING but also very depressing
- I spend over an hour weeping probably
- I was sad about the shortened opening theme but I loved the credits at the end
- DELIGHTFUL DEREK RETURNS (he is so me, I would not have been able to run either I get it king) (Vecna would have gotten me for sure)
- Sorry we doubted you Kali
- I felt neutral about you but I didn’t want you to die damn
- El’s voice breaking in that scene killed me (Mille Bobby Brown you are amazing)
- HOPPER GOT VECNAD (but not in the death way thank god) I called it the second I saw those barrels. Vecna was evil for that though
- Hop going back for Kali was so sweet I loved that
- I WAS PANICKING WHEN EL GOT SHOT THANK GOD IT WAS FAKE
- AND WHEN STEVE ALMOST DIED?!?!? thank god Jonathan saved him (cutting to the black screen was brutal)
- and Steve’s backwards hat lowkey looks like eddie’s bandana from the season 4 finale
- THE MIND FLAYER REVEAL OH GOD (I truly did not see that coming I was terrified)
- The duffer brothers really had me wanting Henry to join the party for a minute huh? I was like “oh he was manipulated by the mind flayer too, let’s get him to- oh no. Just kill him.”
- again, Jamie Campbell Bower deserves an award
- MURRAY BLEW UP THE HELICOPTER! THAT WAS AWESOME
- “FOR EDDIE” I cried again. Especially when Steve said it.
- WILL AND EL WORKING TOGETHER I LOVE IT
- Derek and Steve were adorable ohmygod
- and the wheeler siblings reunion was perfect I was sobbing
- JOYCE KILLS VECNA LETS GOOOOO I love that for her
- and the flashbacks of everyone who got hurt/died?!?!? I was sobbing
- During the whole ride back to the MACZ I was so stressed. There was too much time left for nothing bad to happen. I was like “Who’s about to be shot and killed my the military right now?”
- Derek and Mike were adorable too
- OH GOD THE PURPLE RAIN SCENE
- Mike’s voice breaking destroyed me (Finn Wolfhard is an amazing actor)
- the entire cast deserves awards for this show honestly
- The Mileven kiss shocked me I thought they broke up
- I knew El was probably gonna die but it still hurt
- THEY MADE HOP LOSE ANOTHER DAUGHTER I CANT
- I was astounded that no one else died
- I was crying so hard I had to pause it
- It took them 18 damn months to rebuild that library? Crazy
- Robin is a goddess in the epilogue holy shit
- AND NANCY WITH THE SHORT HAIR?!?! Gorgeous
- AND MRS WHEELER?!?! Beautiful
- and max is skateboarding im so happy
- LUMAX ENDGAME YES (Lumax shippers won this season)
- where is Vickie though? In my mind rovickie is endgame
- The graduation scene was amazing!! I love all the little cameos in the audience
- VALEDICTORIAN DUSTIN YAY
- and his nods to Eddie in his speech were perfect (he would have been so proud)
- and I loved the reference to season 2 with the pictures being taken
- AND TEACHER/COACH STEVE IS PERFECT he will be great at it (and he coaches for Derek’s team I love that)
- reporter Nancy I love it for her
- Jonathan is making movies im so happy (his metaphor in his movie was not that hard to understand, i just don’t really know how to explain it)
- Derek and Holly being friends is so nice
- Stacey get the hell away from Dustin (yes bitch I remember you and hate you) ( I love that they brought her back though)
- JOPPER IS ENDGAME AND ENGAGED AAAAA
- and they made it to enzo’s im so happy
- the montauk reference was so clever
- THE REFERENCE TO THE FIRST EPISODE WITH THE GAME YES
- and max plays dnd im so happy
- MIKE’S THEORY HOLY SHIT
- HE IS RIGHT I KNOW IT
- I believe
- I was crying so hard during that scene but know that he says it I notice it (maybe that’s what the duffers were counting on for this plot twist)
- in the clip of El that we saw, I think she could be in: UK, Ireland, Scotland, Iceland, or one of the countries around Norway, Denmark, or Switzerland based on the landscape we saw (I am not at all an expert, but this is my opinion)
- I think it makes sense that we don’t know for sure where she is though
- Holly, Derek, and the other kids playing dnd was so sweet (a perfect way to end the series!!)
- however, we got queerbaited!!! I am so sad
- I hope will is happy with his epilogue boyfriend; but I am not happy about it
- Byler is canon in my heart though
- I believe in byler like I believe el is alive (very strongly and we got a lot of evidence)
- Byler may not be in the show, but it is canon to me

- DELIGHTFUL DEREK IS BACK YAY (I was pissed he didn’t back up Holly, but I hope he redeems himself in the finale. He’s too much of an icon to really stay mad at)
- I cried so much watching these episodes holy shit (I mean like actually weeping)
- I love that Will told Robin that she was the reason he tapped into his powers (my girl deserves that recognition, I was waiting for this moment)
- MR CLARKE IS BACK OMG (I love that he’s in the crew now, this is probably the best day of his life)
- AND VICKIE KNOWS TOO AAAAA (I am so happy for her and Robin)
- KAREN WHEELER REMAINS A LEGEND (I was so stunned when she got up I spent a solid few minutes thinking she was a spy for Vecna and was going to kill Max, I am so damn glad she saved them though)
- Steve not hitting Dustin back at all I can’t even (I love them!!!)
- and Dustin not wanting to lose Steve like he lost Eddie ugh I was sobbing
- AND MAX IS AWAKE YES (I love her return and her reunions with everyone, but the only thing I don’t get is why doesn’t she have permanent damage from getting her limbs broken and her eyes popped out last season? Did the doctors fix it? Or did the trance do something?)
- I was sobbing when she woke up (I have a Pavlovian response now to “when it’s cold I’d like to die”)
- Holly was free for like one second I hate you Vecna (Jamie Campbell Bower deserves all the awards for this role)
- When Holly and Max were escaping Camazotz I was screaming “why aren’t you running?!?!” (It’s run up that hill ladies, not walk) (Max should’ve learned her lesson from that earlier escape attempt)
- My hope for both Byler and Mileven is fading damn (I still have hope though, I spotted a yellow couch and I am delusional)
- I was hoping for a Jancy proposal but what I got was amazing (It made me cry) I hope we get an epilogue scene of them back together or something, and Jopper being happy too
- ELEVEN WILL NOT DIE DONT DO THAT TO ME KALI
- The flashback scenes of Kali in Dr Kay’s lab had me screaming I was stunned
- LUCAS KICKED A DEMODOG WHILE HOLDING MAX HOLY SHIT (BOYFRIEND OF THE YEAR I LOVE HIM)
- and DUSTING UNCOVERING THE TRUTH ABOUT THE UPSIDEDOWN OH HES A GENIUS (I knew Mr Clarke’s lesson had to come up somehow)
- Will’s coming out scene felt a little strange (but I’ve seen stranger things) (I’m sorry I saw a chance and I had to) but it was so beautiful and well done (I was sobbing)
- I am shocked that no one died (this could mean the finale is gonna be a bloodbath and I am not ready)
