Jfc. Im tired of posts telling women to stop talking about female specific issues because it will offend transwomen. Do people not realize how little women are actually told about their actual biology? How little we are told about basic biological issues? I am 31, and the things my little sister has told me about childbirth alone has left me astonished. So fellow females, keep talking about your periods, discharge, childbirth. Heaven knows no one else is going to tell us.

When leftists discuss work, we are very quick to point out that work is not enjoyable. Nobody enjoys stocking shelves all day every day, or dealing with customers, or having to show up to work every day for hours to provide a service. But as soon as “sex work” is being discussed, the tune changes. Suddenly, workers enjoy work. They want to show up to work and provide a service—sex—for hours. “Sex workers” love sex which is why they monetise it, so you’re actually doing them a favour by purchasing their service (sex)!
This is because as soon as you frame “sex work” the same way as any other work, it quickly begins to look like rape. Unwilling women forced to show up to work to afford to live, hating every second of the labour they provide by having sex (being raped) for hours with/by customers who treat them like shit (while raping them). Leftists understand, even if they don’t admit it, that sex is different than any kind of work you can name. And that as soon as it’s unwilling, it’s rape, even if a man pays a woman to stay quiet about it. But they believe that it’s so very important for men to be allowed to buy women, so instead of accepting that “sex work” is rape, they change the narrative about work only when discussing “sex work” so they don’t have to experience cognitive dissonance.

Porn Viewing Impacts Attitudes on Women in Workplace

New research finds people who watch pornography are less likely to support affirmative action for women.
Should women receive preferential treatment in the workplace? Newly published research suggests your attitude toward that complicated issue may be shaped, in part, by whether you indulge in a specific leisure-time activity: Watching porn.
Writing in the Psychology of Women Quarterly, Indiana University researchers Paul Wright and Michelle Funk report people who admitted to watching pornography were less likely to support affirmative action for women in a subsequent interview.
“Prior studies have found that pornography viewers are more likely to hold a variety of antisocial attitudes towards women.”
That equation held true once a variety of factors that could shape one’s view of the issue (including political ideology and religiosity) were removed from the equation. Furthermore, it applied to women as well as men.
“Practically,” the researchers write, “these results suggest that pornography may be a social influence that undermines support for affirmative action programs for women.”
Wright and Funk used data from the General Social Survey, an ongoing look at behaviors, attitudes, and trends. Specifically, they looked at answers given by the 200 members of a GSS panel, who answered series of questions in 2006, 2008, and 2010.
At the 2008 sessions, nearly 24 percent of the men and 13 percent of the women said they had watched a pornographic film during the previous year. Two years later, as part of a follow-up session, the same people were asked, “Are you for or against preferential hiring and promotion of women?”
The results: “Prior pornographic viewing predicted subsequent opposition to affirmative action for women.” While women in the study (like those in previous research) were more supportive of such programs than men, they, too, were less likely to express approval if they had watched porn.
According to the researchers, this suggests “sexual media activate abstract social scripts, which may then be used to inform opinions about social issues”—particularly issues dealing with gender equality.
But why would watching Debbie Does Dallas dampen support for hiring Heidi, or promoting Paula?
“Pornography often presents women as sexual objects deserving of degradation, and even aggression,” the researchers write. “In alignment with these depictions, prior studies have found that pornography viewers are more likely to hold a variety of antisocial attitudes towards women.”
Obviously, someone who thinks of women in broadly negative terms—or sees them primarily as sex objects—is unlikely to support policies designed to facilitate their success in the work world.
Wright and Funk note that there are pornography producers who create egalitarian fare. They add that they don’t support censorship of pornographic material. Rather, they write, the public needs to be educated about how women are depicted in most pornography, and the possible real-world effects of these depictions.
Their hope is that “increased public awareness of the misogyny in pornography and its antisocial effects will lead to social condemnation, stigmatization, and ultimately reduced production and consumption of such fare.”
sex positivity or “sexual liberation” is the left wing of rape culture, and religion is its right wing. they are mere ideological rivals who want to maintain patriarchy. they agree on the goal, but disagree with each other’s methods. the wife and the whore are two sides of the same coin of female subjugation. psychology is the tool of the secular, and the scripture is the tool of the religious. if you oppose sexual violence against women, you will be called mentally unfit, mentally unwell, prudish, bigoted or an affront to man or god—all for the crime of rejecting male supremacy, the “natural order” of things.
this mindset has been so healing for me. a big part of my journey to self-acceptance has been unlearning the ways in which my culture told me that my female body dictated how I should behave. now I just focus on existing, just like any other mammal.
i love naming the elephant in the room (porn) in conversation because you're not supposed to do that and people are shocked but then they always agree with me. the central narrative of the porn industry is that all women secretly want to be sexually degraded. your boss, your neighbour, your daughter, all want you to take control and put her in her place even if she says she doesn't

a thing that really shook me was the study where women performed worse in a math test when they were wearing a swimsuit vs a sweater whereas for men there was no difference. objectification literally diminishes your brain capacity. i can't help but wonder what we could be in a truly liberated society because there's no way that how we are raised to be objectified and to even self objectify hasn't thoroughly poisoned our brains to always underperform even in normal clothes.
It’s utterly insane and depressing that there will always be women in comments and replies etc DEFENDING men under posts online that are like “men suck ass”. I’ve never seen the same level of sheer support and love that women have for men ever reciprocated. Even in radfem spaces you have women who will defend the men in her life to her dying breath. Meanwhile under the most misogynistic posts online it’s all laughs and hilarious to the men. Men will get heartbroken by ONE woman and hate them for all of time meanwhile women are expected to have endless compassion and empathy and always knight for the men.
Women who defend men ask yourself why. Why you feel the need to protect your oppressor who hates your guts. Who never would do the same. Who the majority of watches misogynistic violent porn. Stop defending your oppressor from rightful critique.
The thing about the chivalry fantasy, and the “knight saving princess from dragon” stuff that is taught to young boys to emulate, is that the fulfillment of this virtue requires women to suffer.
When boys and men think fantasize about saving women, the implicit reality is that he is also fantasizing about a woman in danger. Because what would he be saving her from otherwise?
Men with a hero-complex need women to suffer for their own self-fulfillment.
