For the isekai shockop au i neeeedd to see Jazz being the shockop #1 hater while having it in bold letters imprinted on a t-shirt pleaaase he needs it. Stop hiding his sass in small sketches, cmon. But not only him I'd be mad funny if in general Op's gang was in some degree skeptical over his work crush. Like, it'd be cool to see how they all approach, who is skeptical who is judgemental (and who mayhaps who supports?) it at the start and how it escalates especially after Op starts carrying around Shockgun all lovingly.
And also, I present the idea of maybe also perhaps Shockwave also having his own hater in the form of "evil" Prowl? Because, if Shockwave is going to catch strays it's going to be from Prowl, the tactical genius that sees absolute NEGATIVE logic in alllllll of Shockwaves demands and plans regarding the heroes but also sees the UNDENIABLE results of them. And regarding the possibility of jp, hah, there is none cus in the book both Jazz and Prowl could basically be the hero and villain right/left hand man but together they share, like, maybe one (1) scene, maybe two if you stretch it because they both appear conveniently in the same room during the "big confrontation" aka "the final battle" aka "THAT scene" (whatever it could mean). And hypothetically, the ONLY possible thing they could ever ever agree on is how destructive shockop is gonna be for both sides. And THEN start fist-fighting over who is the biggest hater. [Could be a mad crackship in the book's fandom tho, even if half of said fandom is just saying they look the same lol.]
Though if not Prowl I'd appreciate any professional hater really. Say Soundwave for example or any other mystery mecha that has yet to be revealed~
Alright hear me out. Jazz absolutely HAAATES Shaockwave’s fucking guts BUT. Shockwave genuinely adores Jazz:D
Shockwave sees everyone from the overpowered “reader” position. He knows Jazz! He knows things that literally no one else knows about Jazz. He knows how deep and beautiful Jazz’s friendship with Orion is. He also knows why exactly Jazz acts the way he acts. Shocky achieved the level of understanding other people would never even dream of. SO! When Jazz goes “This fucking senator is shady as hell and acts very weird and there is something off about him” Shockwave’s live reaction is to shrug internally because…yeah Jazz is right and Jazz always has Orion’s best interest in mind.
In the book Jazz is Orion’s best closest friend. So. Shockwave ignores the knives and generally finds him very precious :D
OH AND THE FACT that Shockwave knows all Jazz’s secret identities too! Because of the book! And Jazz looses his fucking mind trying to understand HOW THE FUCK Shockwave does that??? And WHY Shockwave never does anything to blow his cover?? He knows! He clearly knows it’s Jazz! He never says or does anything but there’s very clear look of recognition on his face and Jazz is just RAGGGHHH??!?,
Anyway at some point Jazz decides to play pretend as a Decepticon and creates this new perfectly secret identity (Ricochet or Meister?) and has to avoid Shockwave at all fucking costs because he is genuinely afraid of what could happen if this shadowplayed monster kept his ability to sniff out spies. That is. Until the Big Battle Event happens and Shockwave falls into the magical cybermatter and. Well how do I say that. The uncapable of emotions monster can cry again. And Jazz has absurdly good hearing if you know what I mean~
Basically I want Jazz and Shockwave have a dynamic of a very hissy/bitey stray cat and a very weird human who adores the cat for no reason haha
And I don’t really care to add JP because they tend to pull all the attention to themselves wherever they appear. And this au is not about them so. They can exist but as a background
