竹内 栖鳳（たけうち せいほう、1864年12月20日（元治元年11月22日） - 1942年（昭和17年）8月23日）は、戦前の日本画家。近代日本画の先駆者で、画歴は半世紀に及び、戦前の京都画壇を代表する大家である。

この間、竹内栖鳳の作品の展覧会を見に行って、本当に感動した。最近、何も美術と関係があることしていないから、さっぱりされて、霊感を受けた。私の脳の右側がもう一回動かせられた。また自分の目でそういう素晴らしい作品を見る機会があって、嬉しい。何と言っても、美術が人間のためにすごく大切と感じるね。
