☀️Solar Lunacy by BamSara (AO3 account required)
Samebody!Sun/Moon/Eclipse x Staff!Reader
~~ [AU & Designs: @bamsara]
You weren't a technician, you weren't a security guard, you weren't a daycare assistant. You're just an employee. Staff. The ‘jack-of-all-trades’ employee with mediocre at best skills and specialty in none, tasked with doing miscellaneous jobs that robots couldn't do and human staff couldn't care to. The job is unpredictable, but it pays good and it's relatively easy.
Except for the part where all the animatronics are more sentient than you thought, and you're roped into a mystery surrounding the Daycare Attendants, who are bit too curious about you for your liking.
You don't think this was in your employee contact.

🌑Love, Death and Rollerskates by Spadillelicious
Rollerskater!Sun, Janitor!Moon, Metalstar!Eclipse x Staff!Reader
~~ [AU & Designs: @spadillelicious]
After moving to Crescent City in the 80s, you pick up a job at the local roller rink Party Planet. Ironic, considering roller skating is definitely not one of your talents.
On the bright side, you get to work with the friendly Sun. On the other hand, you also have to interact with the gruff janitor and security guard Moon on a daily basis.
But when staying after hours one day, despite being strictly instructed not to, you find out a terrible secret that changes everything you knew about Sun, Moon and Crescent City forever.
| Words: 98,091 | Chapters: 18/?
☀️Celestial Sundown by clutterspace
God!Sun, God!Moon, God!Eclipse x Human!Reader
~~ [AU & Designs: @pillowspace]
There was something slumped beneath a tree, and you had no idea what it was. The sunlight shone brighter where it laid, despite the leaves above not differing from any of the other foliage.
It was such a small thing to notice in comparison to everything else, but it brought a small hysterical giggle out past the lump in your throat as it finally clicked in place what you were seeing.
It was a god.
You are a peasant living in the middle of the woods, Sun is the god of day you brought back home with you, and Moon is the god of night tucked away in the Celestial Realm.
| Words: 83,805 | Chapters: 7/?
I love how such wildly different fandoms could all kind of come together in a singular goon-cell moment when any kind of oddball character doesn’t have like,, obvious biological cues. Like. Hmmm, yes, what an odd little guy. Slap a tentacle dick on them and call it a night. Not shaming, I fuckin love that shit.
Villainous videos in English
The things new Villainous fans have to do to watch all the content is weirdly nonintuitive, especially if they don’t know Spanish. So! Here I’ve collected what we’ve got into one post! (edit: This focuses on availability within the United States. People from other countries can share info with me, and I’ll update this post!)
Thanks especially to @nightfurmoon for translating so much!
Bit of a long post, so more images and links under the cut! Most of the linked videos have English subtitles and Spanish audio, unless noted otherwise.
Also! With the Amara links (a site that allows subtitling on YouTube videos), many of the videos have Japanese subtitles as an option, if that’s of interest to you. <3 (You can also add subtitles in your own language!)
Edit: I VERY MUCH recommend checking out Nighfurmoon’s new Villainous Masterpost! Lots more links and content, such as secret websites, characters’ social media accounts, and comics.

Happy 20th Anniversary of Neil Banging Out The Tunes!!!!!
More rarer images of Neil, my beloved:
20 years.
I find it so beautiful that this little rat's life has been remembered with love for 20 years and will be hopefully for decades to come. Truly a marvel of the internet.
<3 love you Neil!!!!
Me when the y/n in the fanfic I'm reading actually starts acting like THEE y/n.

If Legend didn't have better control of himself - and wasn't surrounded by people - he would have leaped with joy. Yet despite the veteran's image that he tried so hard to remain, he couldn't stop his giddiness from making his shoulders shake with laughter. This laughter didn't come from a clever joke or a bit of slapstick. Rather, it was the kind of laughter a mad scientist would let out after bringing their pet project to life.
In a way, that comparison was accurate. All those countless hours of hard work had finally paid off. He scanned the page one last time, delighting in how smoothly his understanding flowed alongside his eyesight. After so long, he had deciphered your written language and he could make sense of every word. And he did it all by himself, no need to go crawling to you asking for help.
It had been frustrating, for sure. The adventurer that had been on so many quests, seen so much and felled even more monsters had beaten his greatest foe yet (at least on the intellectual side). He wore his badge with pride, he had earned it.
With that same prideful smirk on his face, Legend stepped up to his otherworldly travel companion. "Ha! Read it and weep, [Name]." He showed off the piece of paper with the words "suck it" written in your language. "I cracked the code. I can read and write in your script now. You can't make jokes about me behind my back anymore."
Others like Wind and Sky came closer to admire the veteran's work, concluding that he was telling the truth, in spite of his boasting. His words might have been lofty and perhaps a bit over-the-top, but anyone could see the hard work he had done, especially you.
Even though he had done it for a less-than-wholesome reason than simple linguistic curiosity, you did feel a little touched that he would go so far out of his way to learn your written language. That's not something anyone - let alone you - expected of him, yet he did it anyway. And all good students deserved their praise, didn't they?
"Herzlichen Glückwunsch! Du hast so hard gearbeitet." ("Congradulations! You worked so hard.") You have a big smile and thumbs up.
You could hear a pin drop at that moment. Everyone suddenly had the same thought; oh, you were the embodiment of evil for this.
Worth it. You could barely hold back your laughter as Legend subconsciously let go of the paper in shock, his brain too busy trying to keep up.
You pat him on the shoulder lightly before picking up the paper. "Pane oma suu kinni enne kui putukad sisse lendavad." ("Close your mouth before bugs fly in.") With those words you sat down by a nearby tree. "And you should work on your penmanship a little more, some of the letters are a little too similar to each other."
"WHAT?!"
You couldn't help but chuckle a little as the vet stomped away in a huff while a few others laughed along and teased him some more.
The small smith of the group decided to join you under the shade. "Okay, I was going to say that maybe that was going a bit far, but I take it back. This is pretty funny." He spoke watching the vet have a fit off somewhere at the edge of camp.
"He was the one who underestimated me."
"Think you could teach me a few things?"
"Sure, but it'll cost you an apple."

I have trapped him….. now he can never escape
Mech: I’ve noticed something about Earth
Mech 2: yeah? What?
Mech: a lot of the animals have this thing called a tapetum lucidum. It’s a a layer of tissue in their organic optics that gives off that reflective glow when light hits it just right. Works as a retroreflector, helps ‘em see in the dark.
Mech 2: uh, yeah? We’ve all seen those four-legged things crossing the road out on patrol. Hound gets real upset when he finds one dead.
Mech: …have you noticed the humans don’t have one?
Mech 2: course I did! Humans can’t see for scrap in the dark, it was in Ratchet’s briefing. One of ‘em, anyway.
Mech: so humans can’t really see in the dark because they don’t have a tapetum lucidum
Mech: …but without a tapetum lucidum, they don’t have that optic glow to give away their position. Not only do they still roam around in the dark mostly blind, but they don’t want anyone knowing they’re there while they do it.
Mech 2: …huh
Mech: they evolved to be like this on a planet full of things that could eat them. It makes you wonder
Mech 2:
Mech: what kind of creature evolves to prioritize stealth in darkness, over being able to see? what kind of creature evolves the ability to detect and hunt organics in the dark based on their optic glow, while not possessing that glow, themselves?
Mech 2: …our optics glow.
Mech: they do.
Mech 2:

i do think it's incredibly funny how grian, upon discovering that he put dried baby ghasts under the rug in his bedroom, was weirded out and horrified by himself, and then decided to send joel a semi-threatening message to try and out-freak him. however! this did not work, because joel, upon seeing it, was mainly concerned with whether or not grian stole HIS dried baby ghasts to put under a red rug in his bedroom where he walks all over, and when it wasn't, was very confused, claiming that it's entirely normal. to walk on dried babies.
guy who wants to be creepy and insane so bad versus guy who just genuinely is so incredibly strange that he does not see what's wrong with what he's doing in the first place
