Btw for those paying attention, my husband was taken by ICE on April 16th 2026. He was hit at a stoplight and called for help. They came and immediately took him in. We spent all we had to file habeas corpus and its most likely gonna get denied thanks to this new administration. We now have to pursue a 42B waiver (cancellation of removal) so we can finish his naturalization process since we were already on the last steps before. It costs $7000 and needs to be paid in full within a few weeks (depending when they set his final hearing). If ANYONE ANYWHERE can help please please please it would make a world of difference. We have a daughter who will be three next month and we are trying to get him out before then so he doesn’t miss her birthday. I hate asking strangers but we are desperate tbh.
