got some video games with a gift card i got for christmas ! played the first act of ace attorney and the intro to pathologic 2

successfully got outside if only for a little while

picked up my medication from the pharmacy

tried to be “productive” but didn’t really get anything done. too tired and in too much pain. at the end of the day, i don’t feel rested though, so i suppose i didn’t even accomplish recuperation

MIGRAINE —> finally broke down and took one of my triptans but hot damn those things are expensive per pill (eight of them costs $150 CAD and i’m mad the province doesn’t consider mine essential even tho im covered by ohip+) and make me feel like shit in different ways so it’s kinda a last resort. also my shoulder and back hurt from carrying my bag around while canvassing yesterday

had like, a decently shit day? broke down crying again for the first time in a while. i miss being in a relationship, having someone to share things with, feeling loved & having a degree of physical intimacy
