I remember when I went through this disco craze phase when I was maybe 8 or 9 years old, and I was obsessed (caps for emphasis) OBSESSED with Donna Summer. I used to also love when my mom would tell me stories about her time and memories from her disco era life and they always ended every night with last dance 100 percent of the time. 💯 I was jealous she got to experience that level of glamour fashion and iconic dancing and music. Vh1 and my mom had this unrealistic nostalgia for that time in music and culture and I ate it up! 😊 it wasn't just the 70s but the 80s too. I'm still obsessed. Just wanted to share that with you. When I think of Donna now I think of you.

Oh my gosh, it’s nice to have another Donna Summer fan here! She has inspired me so much, and I’m kinda jealous that your mom got to experience the opulence and glamour of that era, lol.
