BAD MOON RISING â ROMAN & INIKO
inikolaveau:
Iniko had certainty in her mind that meeting the enemy by herself, without an ally that could defend her if needed wasnât the wisest choice, however she was bold enough to move on with the idea of doing so. The witch believed in her own powers and she knew that if Roman decided to do something against her will, if he decided to hurt her, sheâd hurt him in return. Even worst than what he possibly had in mind. Iniko had never belittled her own self, and it wasnât in this brief meeting with Roman that she would do so.
It was a good thing that the body Misha decided to take despised Bricket Wood just as much as she did. Despite the attempts of Iniko getting control of her body back during full moons were stronger than usual, the fact they had a common enemy made those moments around Roman easier. The hatred would run smoothly through her veins and it was a matter of focusing on what was more important than the fact Iniko was tired of feeling lost inside of her own body while Misha played the part of being Iniko. And once Iniko was finally there and she was able to noticed the familiar, and annoying, figure of Roman walking towards her.Â
Her demeanor didnât change, she could feel her anger boiling within herself while in her mind she could think about countless way of ending his life, before a mischievous smile appeared on her lips. âYou were never one to plan things right, so Iâm not surprise this was your idea of how to meet the enemy. But yes, this should be fun indeed.â
And you should be quiet while the adults speak, Iniko.
Misha thought, sharing those words with Iniko who was lost in there, somewhere, sinking deeper and deeper while fighting to get back to surface. âI hope youâve liked it⌠the message. You can see such action as kindness⌠at least Iâve allowed her to come back to you alive. Next time, it could be a corpse. Perhaps from your little puppy⌠Charles?â
The smile that appeared on her lips was a smirk that reminded him of himself, and never had he understood just how aggravating it could be until just now. But he didnât let his agitation show, towering figure still nonchalant as it leaned against the wood of the door frame. âI believe calling yourself an enemy of mine is a stretch, Iniko. Enemy implies a challenge.â A coy expression, similar to hers, found its way onto his features. Itâd never occurred to him, and never would, just how powerful she might be-- and he wouldnât believe it even if heâd witnessed it. His twisted mind always put himself first when it came to threat level, and his dismissal of otherâs strengths would most likely be his biggest weakness.
With a effortless push-off, Roman stepped to the side to finally invite her in, the rain beginning to mix with the wind to create bullet-like pellets of water as they slammed against the walls of his office. It would seem the weather was mirroring the power the full moon gave to itâs witches; and the warlock found slight joy in the destruction this storm was bound to bring.
Had the KaĘťanÄĘťanÄ not been such a master of masking his emotions, Inikoâs last statement about Charles just might have wiped that smirk right off his face. Instead, he simply shook his head. âOh, come now. Arenât you above empty threats? Or would you like me to drop the name of someone on your side as well? Actually... wait... do you even have anyone who poses any danger on your side??â
