Here's how you can help.
Allow yourself to express your emotions. Don't suppress it. Don't keep it within. After all, you can't do anything to avoid it because you're one with it. Your emotions is what you truly are. You can't run away from your true self. You can't. You'll never will. Stop. Face it. Embrace it. Go through it. Even if it's painful, love it. Even if crying is very tiring, do it. Be a friend of your emotions and don't treat them like an enemy; a threat. It's okey to be left alone by others. It's okey if others can't see your pain. It's okey as long as you accompany yourself. Don't let it feel the loneliness. You're the only one he/she ever have.
Be kind to everyone, even to yourself.

How are you?
//KEEP GOING.//
I was a victim of sexual abuse when I was young. My family didn't know about it because I never cried to them about it. As a child, I don't know what sexual abuse mean or if that word even exist. All I remembered was I was uncomfortable and terrified. When both of my parents are not at home, that person would come inside our house and molested me secretly even if my siblings are near. It happened for 3 or 4 times. There was a day when I got terrified and trembled when I suddenly saw him inside the house. I instantly run away even if my legs are shaking and hid myself from an old building. I hid myself there until I feel asleep the whole day. From then, he never visited our house.
While growing up, I started to forget about that trauma and never cried about it. But, those events left a negative impact on my character, personality ang beliefs. I became matured inside and had a different view towards people and the world. I became stronger and stronger while getting colder and colder. For me, the world is a battle field and the people are as hard as ice that will never melt. I was an untamed volcano, ridiculously independent, unfriendly, insensitive, fake, judgemental and unforgiving. I didn't love. I didn't care. I didn't trust. I wanted to be alone and I hated people. People admired me for being tough and independent but I was the only one who pitied myself because deep inside I was struggling to pick up the pieces of my broken soul. I was denial of that fact the I was in pain and needed healing.
When I thought I am all alone of my anguish, JESUS suddenly appeared in my life. He gave me the chance to live again. He restored my life. He gave me the most perfect love and throw away all my fears. He released me from my fear of love, trust, pain and forgiveness. Because of Him, I chose to forgave with all my heart and no reservations the person who pierced my soul. Because of Him, I chose to love and trust the people around me once again. And because of HIM, I chose to embrace the pain and received healing so that I can finally say that I WAS a victim of sexual abuse.
Do not fear anything in this world, for everything in it has ending. God is eternal and He is seated in heaven which is also eternal.
Be encouraged! You are doing great.
Good things are about to come!

When we dedicate our lives in serving others by helping them fix their lives and by drawing them closer to Christ, God is also in the process of restoring us behind the scene. While we build up others, our character is being built up and molded as well. In spite of our imperfections, God still chooses us to serve His Kingdom and committed to bless us so we can expand our reach and touch many people's lives.

Before, I really didn't know what to pray and how to pray. I don't have confidence in saying my prayers aloud but everything is a learning process. The Holy Spirit is a great and powerful teacher and He will teach you in spirit everything that you need to pray. He will remind you of the persons who need your prayers and, sometimes, they are the persons you've never think of. The Holy Spirit will turn your weaknesses into your greatest strength if you only let Him. All of us have a lot of weaknesses and the Holy Spirit can help you overcome that no matter how small or how big it is. The Holy Spirit will guide and help you become a new and better person everyday. So, surrender everything to Him and He will do the rest.
We all have our own battles and trials in life that causes us to doubt the plan of God in our life or even hate God for all the exhaustion and pain He had laid in front of us. Those hardships are not there to punish and hurt you but rather God allowed it to happen to strengthen you and develop your courage. His pure intention is to mold you into a better person. He wants you to only depend on Him in good times or even in bad times. Never doubt God and always follow His will in your life. You must always love God in all days of your life and surely, He will turn everything on your favor. Love God because He is Love.
What is great about God is He is both faithful and merciful. He will never leave and betray us in fact He longs to be with us. He sacrificed His only son, Jesus, to gain us back. He is true to His promises and He never lied to us. He is readily to forgive us, even if sometimes we commit sins that harden our hearts and create a gap between Him and us. We just need to come before Him and ask for forgiveness for all our sins.
What quarantine do to me...inside.
Amidst the pandemic, we should never stop to strengthen ourselves with the Word of God. We should avoid negative thoughts to linger in our mind and surrender your problems and worries to God. Lastly, do everything with love despite the stress and pressure we are experiencing in this kind of situation.
