Great convo, Mooji explains a few things again.
There are a lot of dangers out there!
Be sure to know yourself!

Hey there 😎,
Some food for thought..
The short above reminds us of a very important lesson! It is short, but it is powerfull!
Taking a look at our priorities and contemplating about our stance on things is remarkably important and potentially life changing. If you do the work...
May we all wake up from any external projections that blur, falsely demonstrate and suppress or restrict our natural daily experience and freedom.
Namaskaram to all!

Hey there ☺️,
All gurus seem to agree on this.
Breathing deeply..
I must say that I have experienced the benefits of deep breathing, especially after getting used to it as a result of regular practice.
Everytime I post here, I do so in order to share advise from experienced teachers that actually work.
It is true, that you can take a turn for the opposite again, and start breathing with less volume or mostly with your chest.
This can happen easily, especially while you are trying to navigate through a packed and possibly stressful everyday life.
I also needed this reminder myself (watch the short video above), to take a step back, relax for a minute, and remember to breathe deeply again.
According to my experience, deep breathing is in fact extremely beneficial for everyone's life, including the meditator who allows themselves to practice daily (even for a few minutes).
I think that it is truly worth it to give it a try ☺️
Remember to take care of yourself, so you can take care of others.
Namaskaram to all!

Hello all again 🥰
Earlier today, I saw the following post and realized:
I do 3 things daily to care for my mind! (see below)
After all, caring for your well being is a healthy priority, whether we realize this or not..
The 3 things I do currently are:
1) Meditation: this is truly a present from God 🧘♀️I have posted meditation practices in previous posts here. For beginners, and people with limited free time, I would definitely recommend the "Miracle of the mind" free app, from Sadhguru. Trust me ☺🙏
2) Any activity that keeps me naturally focused: meaning: do some kind of activity/ hobby/work that naturally and almost effortlessly captures your attention for more than 30 minutes and on.
This could literally be anything, even if it can seem insignificant. It could be painting/ sketching something you see in front of you, knitting, watching your top 10 favourite movies that have you in awe and focused on screen, gardening (no distractions included), or anything else..
I am literally buying mixed color beads and rhinestones for nail art, and I separate them by color and shape. I stay there and do it for a longer time some days. You have no idea how much this improvedy meditation! 🤗
This of course is something that keeps me naturally focused. What about you?
Ask yourself:
What can I do everyday to keep me naturally focused for longer periods of time?
For people with heavier schedules, try to optimize the above within your life and as you see fit.
3) Good sleep: Oh yes.. Until you start having bad sleeping routines or experiences, you have no idea what you are missing 😁😁
Sleeping almost undisturbed for at least 6 hours straight and in a comfortable manner, is one if the best thing you can do for yourself! Of course you can do more hours if your schedule allows you too.
If you are person close to a burnout, please try to fit this in your life (alongside with the rest, if possible). It helps rejuvenate your whole energy and mental capacity!
Lastly, I have a bonus one:
If this is possible for you, spending time in nature without too much noice, is a great way to care for your mind! (Remember, not too much noice)
___
Well, that's it from me!
I do encourage everyone to ask themselves the question on the post. What do you do daily to care for your mind? Is it one thing or multiple?
Answer to yourself, tell it to others, help yourself, help others.. Always valuable 🥰🙏
Whatever you do, I truly hope it works for you because there is one thing to remember for sure:
- When in dark times or challenging situations, try to take care of youself as best as you can. Your well-being is important. Survive and thrive and do it gracefully, if possible! -
Namaskaram to all!

To the best of your ability,
stop arguing with the truth.
It is always better to accept what is actually there.
For those who want to improve their connection with the here and now!
You can use whichever mantra you want.
If you already use something, you don’t have to change it.

Do you know that this is also your mind?
We all felt troubled by the mind during meditation and still are! But this trouble is also from your mind. It also manifests as a feeling... which you can also witness and watch.
This new video from Mooji is very helpful! 💚
Give it a shot!
It will clear things up as to where you truly stand, truly exist as awareness!

Truth is, you can go anywhere without morals.
But wherever you go, you will be found.
-🙏🙏-
Truth is truth, even if we don't know it.
Truth is truth, even if we don't understand it.
Truth is truth, even if we don't accept it.

.. or any time really.
Pass your tests and rid yourself from disrespect.

Favourite meditation session you say? 😇
I decided to post a very good meditation session with Mooji, which I've also added in a previous post (see here). This has been my favourite because of the clarity of directions and length.
I highly recommend it to all! 🤗
My best wishes to you 😘
Namaskaram 🙏
Stay strong, everything will be ok in the end
Oneness and non-duality are not twin flames. Any type of characteristic is fallen in the experience of God. The real and ultimate experience of being. Do your best not to confuse the ultimate truth of life with needy, co-dependent and cloudy projections of anyone's mind.
You do not need to be more special than you are.
