People act like Jason Robert Brown is offensive and problematic just because he has a sarcastic personality and asked people not to steal his music, when his shows have brought light to anti-semitism and racism his female characters are wonderfully complex and he literally dedicated his Tony speech to feminism in theatre, and people somehow see Pasek and Paul as pure and holy just because they are young and act wholesome when in reality The Greatest Showman is ACTUALLY problematic as hell and Dear Evan Hansen is not much better. Just putting that out there.
