The pink haired one is named Carmella he's a broke highschool dropout . He makes money by selling sugary treats decorated like pokemon at a rlly tiny food cart! he frequently gets robbed and he wants to fucking die. his team is themed off of food-related pokemon

The black haired one is named Herring they're a private detective . They have that funky thing where a shadow always covers their face because i love that design choice anyways their team is dark/ghost type themed. They're always on the evil team's asses

And the grey/magenta haired one is named Nikolai he's a game/talkshow host. Besides his job he spends a lot of his type involuntarily making people fall asleep with his hypno and using his musharna to watch their dreams in the mist like movies. Immoral? yes . but its ok. his team is strictly psychic-type themed

Pokemon headcanon that once Absol are studied and people realize they prevent disasters instead of causing them, particularly dangerous workplaces get themselves a workplace Absol and it also decreases accidents.

Construction sites and fishing ships and factories will have one that pretty much just lazes about until it just gets up howling one day and knocks a dude down. They almost never figure out what would have happened but they're always like "yes absol thank you absol I am so grateful to be on the floor right now. Can I offer you a treat in this trying time"
