The orange dragon thing is obviously having a spa day, damn.
We all deserve a little pampering.

A comic adaptation of Zoe Leonard’s “I want a dyke for president” (1992)
by Becca Stadtlander
reasons.
[ID: A comic of a pair of birds. The first panel is the outline of the birds flying over a valley with bare trees. One bird says “I’m tired”. In the second panel, the two birds are flying against a white sky. The other bird responds “So am I”, and the first bird asks, “It’s not over though, is it?” The third panel is a few of the bare trees with the birds not visible as the other bird responds, “no”. The next panels continue the conversation even though the first two birds are not visible. The fourth panel is a few tufts of grass at the base of a hill, reading “it’ll always go on, with or without us”. The fifth panel is a hawk catching and killing a black bird: “the big struggles”. The sixth panel is the hawk feeding meat to it’s babies: “and the small ones”. The seventh panel is the grass at the base of the hill, now with red flowers beginning to sprout up: “the many changes that move the earth”. A series of branches: “And it will be hard”. The birds are flying against a white sky again “but that’s not all it will be”. The sun begins to set behind the hills showing the bare trees again “we don’t love this world without a reason.”]
