When you strip away the quantum buzzwords, shifting is about redefining your sensory data. Right now, your brain is locked onto this reality because its reacting to what your eyes see and what your hands touch. To shift, you have to make your Dr more "real" to your awareness than the room you are currently sitting in.
Pick one specific sensation, just one. Thats the logic between "wr scent" or "script that a song will play when you shift" advices. It could be easy things like lavender, chocolate or your favorite perfume and as for sounds it could be sea waves, phone ringing or like I said , a song.
Force the 3d to match this. As you lie there, tell yourself "the reason I feel this bed under me is because it's my Dr bed." If you hear a car outside, it’s a car outside your Dr house. Youu are reinterpreting your current environment until your brain accepts the new context.
So many of you are done with loa, but usually, that’s because people use it as a magic spell. In reality, its a mental filter. If you wake up and think "dammit, im still here," you have just successfully manifested being here. Wake up and decide "im currently in my dr, but my vision hasn't fully rendered yet. I’m just going about my morning until the 3d catches up." It removes the frantic energy. You arent a seeker anymore, you know this reality is fleeting and temporary.
The biggest irony of shifting is that the more desperate you are to leave, the more you anchor yourself to the reality you’re trying to escape. Desperation is a massive tether to your cr. Think of it like this; if youre trying to fall asleep, and you stare at your eyelids and scream at your brain to SLEEP NOW, you will stay awake all night. Shifting requires that same letting go that falling asleep does.
Youve seen behind the curtain, you know the "one life, then dust" narrative is a scam and once you know that, you can't exactly go back to being a normal person. Treat this reality like a pre rcorded video. If you’re watching a movie and the main character is in jail, you don't panicking thinking you are in jail. You know you're the one sitting in the theater. When you wake up here, look at your walls and think "cute. Nice projection. But I know where I actually am." Do not let the 3d have the final word on your identity.
If you feel anxious version of yourself rising up, check these three things:
- Am I seeking proof? (If yes, you're acting like a mortal, when you're pure awareness and SHOULDN'T hand your power to anyone or anything else.)
- Am I waiting for a shift to happen? (If yes, you're placing the power outside yourself.)
- Am I defining myself by my current surroundings? (If yes, you're letting the 3d tell you youre bounded by this reality's rules instead of the pure awareness).
hi my beautiful shifters, I don't think any of you understand the impact you all have on yourselves and other people of this world but as normal and casual shifting is, you guys need to recognize that shifting is cool and whimsical and you are all cool whimsical people for being shifters or/and having other cool interests like manifesting, astral projecting, lucid dreaming, whatever other spiritual practices there are.
shifting genuinely found us so we shouldn't let our coolness be dimmed and shunned and attacked. ofc, I'm talking about shifting antis and people that put you down for these practices (that have existed for centuries mind you) but I'm also talking about the logic and doubts you put into yourself. this is why anti shifters and non-whimsical people exist in the first place. they put their own limitations and "logic" and doubts in and out to themselves and to other people and it's.. uncool. I mean yes believe in what you want, that's the point of our journeys, believe in what we want!! but.. attacking teenagers?? debating cool people for their cool and diverse beliefs?? cmon. so uncool man.
like I saw the cutest tiktok ever of a cool girl that was like "wdym you believe in bluetooth and wifi but not in natural waves and frequencies" like that was such a cute way to put it, but then I saw some comments and there were a few (one in particular) people that were debating for hours that this was wrong.. this was illogical.. this was emotional.. It reminded me a bit about the shifting community because these people (that one person LMAO) would be a raging shifting anti.
but like.. okay? at the end of the day, shifting and all the cool whimsical stuff in the universe will continue to exist. they have been for centuries, regardless of how many people tried to take it all away from us. no shit, that's why shifting is eternal. we won't live for very long (except us shifters honestly) so we shouldn't let ourselves be antis in our own journeys. and that starts with not listening to them, not getting bothered by them, not letting our motivations be affected by them.. and the big picture is to not think like them. DO NOT THINK LIKE THEM!! do not doubt yourself and be frustrated in yourself like how they would. it's not cool. it's genuinely ridiculous.
the past does not exist outside of you, consciousness. all the memories you have in the so-called "past" are really stories you have decided to identify with in the only moment that exists right now (i.e., the present). you can literally change those memories by changing how you see that memory or how that memory played out. you can also choose to not change it, but to let that memory no longer affect who you are now. it's up to you.
you don't even need a method or anything to ensure it changed because it already changed according to your decision. you're the only creator of your reality 🤷🏻♀️
and of course it should be done habitually, or every time that memory pops up in your mind. you're just turning the wheel to another direction. that's the purpose of a mental diet. revision = manifestation. they're all the same thing lol
I understand that concepts such as nondualism, manifesting, law of assumption, or whatever feel difficult to grasp because they absolutely go against all human conditioning. By no means am I claiming that these philosophies are cut and dry. But what I am saying is that Tumblr is not helping you either.
Most people on Tumblr have no clue what the hell they are talking about. Most of them don’t have their philosophy worked out and will post a bunch of buzzwords that make no sense strung together if interpreted critically. I say that many bloggers need to step back and engage more with their ideas rather than regurgitating them nonsensically on a post. Most of what they say is just some pseudo-profound bullshit designed to sound pretty but is deeply confusing.
If they have these long, drawn-out posts, don’t engage with that shit because it’s only going to confuse you more in the long-run. If they truly understood what they were talking about, they would be able to synthesize those ideas clearly and concisely. But, they usually don’t. So get off Tumblr and quit relying on people who aren’t knowledgeable to help you out. Sit down, do your own research and figure out what resonates with you. Personally, when I got off Tumblr and did my own research and thought about it, I figured out I aligned with nondualism and not so much with common law of assumption teachings.

there isn’t a specific memory, more of a time of my life that brought me nothing but joy. the second semester of my senior year of college i spent almost every day with at least one of my friends. my best friend & i had sleepovers almost every weekend. the feeling of being about to move on from that moment in my life while also being so secure in my friendships will probably never be replicated again.

I'm not one to talk about manifestation and loa & please don't ask me for advice. But, I did succeed with manifestation apparently... It's shocking for me too.
My Theatre class. I wasn't specific on the theatre part but it is musical theatre, I was supposed to do improv (but I lived in the Philippines so shit was hard). My sister found one so yay. Our actual teacher was absent so the previous teacher for the other kids was teaching us, and we did improv... Cause all roads lead to improv. (That sounded too dramatic especially for me)
The Classic one... Exams. I use a notebook to write the important bullshit about the subjects on the schedule. But I had no motivation to do so cause I'm a lazy person, I decided to say "fuck it, it will come to me." And it did yay. I got some high grades on that exam.
Sonic casting (not even kidding, and this happened twice). I am not a casting director. Back in 2017, I saw they were planning a Sonic movie and found it decent. And like a woman, I am "Oh, cool. Ben Schwartz is gonna be cast as Sonic" and no one believed me but my mind did (also has anyone seen the planned casting for Sonic back then cause it's insane). Now, 2018. Casting drops and holy shit it's him... I am not even his agent and oh my god, that doesn't look like my blue boy (the old design if yk, yk).
Now the second one and it's 2026 (this year). I've been watching House Of Lies and notice Ben Schwartz & Kristen Bell's chemistry, I went "Oh, she could be Amy and she has the voice for it as well" (including my brain) and my siblings believed me. Like a day later on a midnight, I saw Ben's post on her being casted as Amy... Shit, what the fuck, I wasn’t supposed to do that again... But HELL YEAH!
My first shift ever. During 2023, I have been ignoring shifting for years and was a non-believer (but I never insulted people about it, gross). I decided "If I can't shift now, probably now is the time to shift" also said mentally. And when I was going to sleep, I noticed I felt different and I saw myself transported into my dr which is my very old fantasy dr. I was like what the fuck but began to embrace it.

“an assumption, though false, persisted in will harden into fact”. your thoughts, beliefs and assumptions create your reality. we are used to thinking that 3d is our true reality, but this is not so. 3d is a mirror that reflects your 4d
if you want something, then all you have to do is decide that you already have it and be persistent. many of you misunderstand the meaning of this word in the context of the law of assumption. repeating affirmations, listening to subliminals for 24 hours and doing methods at every opportunity is not persistent. “persistence is remaining in a state of fulfilled desire. to be persistent means to stick to your assumptions regardless of what 3d reality shows you. if you react to 3d, then you are not persistent”
by reacting to 3d, you do not allow new assumptions to form in your subconscious. imagine that 3d asks again and again if you are sure that you have mastered void, shifting realities, lucid dreaming, etc. “are you sure? are you 100% sure? but you said before that you always fail. i don't think you're sure. look, you woke up again in this reality without desires. what? do you really believe what you're saying? i ask you again, are you absolutely sure?”. instead of giving a positive answer every time, you immediately give up and scroll through tumblr looking for a new method. you must be persistent, even if you do not get what you want in 3d after a week, a month or a year
(this is a bit of an exaggeration because i said it as an example., but i forbid you to think that manifestation lasts that long. “both 3d and 4d always show me only what i want to see. my 3d instantly reflects my 4d,” — this is your new assumption, whether you like it or not)
if you have negative thoughts, and we most likely will, then immediately replace them with positive ones. negative thoughts also include anticipation of desire. remind yourself again and again that you already have what you want and you are not waiting for it to manifest itself. if you catch yourself thinking that you are waiting for your manifestation, then remind yourself that you already have it
don't think that negative thoughts are ruining your progress or that you have to start over. no, as long as you are on a mental diet, you are doing everything right. by the way, posts about mental diet that you must read:

MANIFEST
important part. manifest your desires. solve any problems using the law of assumption. you can do it right now, you don't have to wait until you enter the void or shift. it's easy. all you have to do is decide. i’m not asking you to affirm, listen to subliminals, do sats, etc. you just need to think that you already have everything you want and be persistent in this assumption
want a new phone? ok, just decide that it's already yours. you don't have to try to enter the void tonight to manifest a new phone. do you have the flu? decide that you are always healthy (by the way, this does not mean that you should not take medications. take them, but be persistent in the assumption that you never get sick). again, you don't even have to move your fingers. besides, negative beliefs will not make your life better. do negative thoughts fulfill your desires? no, so why pay attention to them? just enjoy the feeling of fulfilled desire. just enjoy the fact that you always get what you want
by the way, manifest something "unrealistic". telekinesis, magic wand, the ability to fly or talk to animals. there’s nothing difficult about randomly remembering once a day that you can fly, right? let your subconscious know that you can literally do anything
PERSISTENCE
my honest opinion: if you are not able to be persistent, your desire is not that important to you. if you react to 3d and give up, then you don’t want to change your life so much. in order to manifest what you want, you need to be persistent in a new assumption
4d is true reality, 3d is a mirror. live in your imagination, live in the end, only then will 3d reflect your new assumptions and beliefs. these people achieved success because they accepted that imagination is the only reality. you are no worse than them. you can be persistent. and you will be persistent
know that your failure will not affect my life in any way. but it will affect you. if you finally become persistent, then you will get everything you dreamed of all that time. do it for yourself. do it for the sake of experimentation. what if you succeed?
METHODS
let's start with the method of manifestation. all i require you to do is decide, be persistent, ignore 3d, replace negative thoughts with positive ones. this is literally the basis of the law of assumption
in addition to this, you may want to use manifestation methods such as robotic affirmations, subliminals, sats, meditation, etc. overall i'm 50% okay with it. everything is fine as long as you don't put methods on a pedestal. if you start to think that without following one of the methods you will not be able to manifest your desires, then this is a red signal. just relax. you will shift, enter the void void, do astral projection, etc., even if you don’t repeat affirmations from morning to evening or don’t listen to your entire playlist. don’t force yourself to lie on your back and visualize the desired reality during sats. do what you like and when you want it. affirm, visualize, make mood boards, etc., but don’t make it a mandatory action. don't force yourself to do anything you don't want to do. and remember you change 4d and 3d, not methods
and i also urgently, on my knees, beg you to abandon methods for void, shifting, sleep paralysis, lucid dreams, etc. if you knew how wonderful it is to lie on your side at night and just fall asleep. no need to lie on your back, affirm, visualize, count. you just fall asleep without setting alarms for wbtb. no meditation, pink noise, theta waves. you don’t feel guilty or angry because you’re too lazy to do the methods. you don't scold yourself because you roll over on your side and fall asleep in the middle of the method. you don't feel disappointed that the method didn't work (in 3d, of course). this is a relief and peace that you could have experienced all this time, but for some reason you denied yourself it
yes, i know it’s strange to hear from someone who previously published methods. ah, but what's the difference? it was a long time ago and not true. now i make myself comfortable on the bed and let my thoughts flow. if i want, then i fantasize about all sorts of things, if i want, then I think about the desired reality. and only sometimes i affirm that i have mastered void, shifting, lucid dreams, sleep paralysis. i think a little about my happy life, only because i accidentally remembered it. i don't force myself to do anything i don't want to do
i say again, i am firmly against the methods! in order to shift, you don’t need to lie motionless in the starfish position for two hours. just decide! be persistent! but if you still want to do it your way, then do it right. if your attempt is unsuccessful, do not react to 3d. decide what you shifted. decide that you have entered the void state. remember the mental diet. however i still recommend not doing the methods
MENTAL DIET
it’s better, of course, to decide that negative thoughts don’t arise in you, but if they do arise, replace them with positive ones. pay attention to your inner conversation. again, if a negative thought arises, immediately replace it with a positive one. replace one negative thought with 10 positive ones

i know many of you may have difficult circumstances. but thinking about it you only complicate your life. your thoughts, assumptions and beliefs create your reality. please ignore 3d and your life will become much easier. know that people before you have succeeded in unbearable circumstances (poverty, abuse, death of loved ones, illness). they had doubts just like you, but they lived in the end and were persistent (+ this)
this doesn't mean you can't cry or be angry. no matter what you do, only what you think has power. give vent to your emotions, but be persistent in the fact that you have already succeeded. yes, it can be difficult and unusual, but you have to do it if you want to get rid of undesirable circumstances once and for all

So one day I decided to secure our finances. I affirmed 10k each day " we are billionaires ". A few months passed and I was living my normal life. Then my mom came and gave me some incredible news. “an assumption, though false, persisted in will harden into fact”. your thoughts, beliefs and assumptions create your reality. we are used to thinking that 3d is our true reality, but this is not so. 3d is a mirror that reflects your 4d
if you want something, then all you have to do is decide that you already have it and be persistent. many of you misunderstand the meaning of this word in the context of the law of assumption. repeating affirmations, listening to subliminals for 24 hours and doing methods at every opportunity is not persistent. “persistence is remaining in a state of fulfilled desire. to be persistent means to stick to your assumptions regardless of what 3d reality shows you. if you react to 3d, then you are not persistent”
by reacting to 3d, you do not allow new assumptions to form in your subconscious. imagine that 3d asks again and again if you are sure that you have mastered void, shifting realities, lucid dreaming, etc. “are you sure? are you 100% sure? but you said before that you always fail. i don't think you're sure. look, you woke up again in this reality without desires. what? do you really believe what you're saying? i ask you again, are you absolutely sure?”. instead of giving a positive answer every time, you immediately give up and scroll through tumblr looking for a new method. you must be persistent, even if you do not get what you want in 3d after a week, a month or a year
(this is a bit of an exaggeration because i said it as an example., but i forbid you to think that manifestation lasts that long. “both 3d and 4d always show me only what i want to see. my 3d instantly reflects my 4d,” — this is your new assumption, whether you like it or not)
if you have negative thoughts, and we most likely will, then immediately replace them with positive ones. negative thoughts also include anticipation of desire. remind yourself again and again that you already have what you want and you are not waiting for it to manifest itself. if you catch yourself thinking that you are waiting for your manifestation, then remind yourself that you already have it

important part. manifest your desires. solve any problems using the law of assumption. you can do it right now, you don't have to wait until you enter the void or shift. it's easy. all you have to do is decide. i’m not asking you to affirm, listen to subliminals, do sats, etc. you just need to think that you already have everything you want and be persistent in this assumption
want a new phone? ok, just decide that it's already yours. you don't have to try to enter the void tonight to manifest a new phone. do you have the flu? decide that you are always healthy (by the way, this does not mean that you should not take medications. take them, but be persistent in the assumption that you never get sick). again, you don't even have to move your fingers. besides, negative beliefs will not make your life better. do negative thoughts fulfill your desires? no, so why pay attention to them? just enjoy the feeling of fulfilled desire. just enjoy the fact that you always get what you want

PERSISTENCE
my honest opinion: if you are not able to be persistent, your desire is not that important to you. if you react to 3d and give up, then you don’t want to change your life so much. in order to manifest what you want, you need to be persistent in a new assumption
4d is true reality, 3d is a mirror. live in your imagination, live in the end, only then will 3d reflect your new assumptions and beliefs. these people achieved success because they accepted that imagination is the only reality. you are no worse than them. you can be persistent. and you will be persistent
know that your failure will not affect my life in any way. but it will affect you. if you finally become persistent, then you will get everything you dreamed of all that time. do it for yourself. do it for the sake of experimentation. what if you succeed?
METHODS
let's start with the method of manifestation. all i require you to do is decide, be persistent, ignore 3d, replace negative thoughts with positive ones. this is literally the basis of the law of assumption
in addition to this, you may want to use manifestation methods such as robotic affirmations, subliminals, sats, meditation, etc. overall i'm 50% okay with it. everything is fine as long as you don't put methods on a pedestal. if you start to think that without following one of the methods you will not be able to manifest your desires, then this is a red signal. just relax. you will shift, enter the void void, do astral projection, etc., even if you don’t repeat affirmations from morning to evening or don’t listen to your entire playlist. don’t force yourself to lie on your back and visualize the desired reality during sats. do what you like and when you want it. affirm, visualize, make mood boards, etc., but don’t make it a mandatory action. don't force yourself to do anything you don't want to do. and remember you change 4d and 3d, not methods
