Set your timer to 40sec work, 10sec rest. I chose to do jump lunges on a step between each exercise.
1. Push Up, Row, Side Twist & Squat & Press
Reps: 2 - Weight: 2x2 barbell weights (don't have heavier)
2. 1 Leg Shoulder Press & Row - Right Leg
Reps: 6 - Weight: 6kg kettlebell
3. 1 Leg Shoulder Press & Row - Left Leg
Reps: 6 - Weight: 6kg kettlebell
4. Pike Elevated Press-Ups
5. C Sit & 2 x Shoulder Press & Knees In
Reps: 7 - Weight: 6kg kettlebell
6. 4 x Flys, 4 x Squat & Press, 4x Hammer Curls
Reps: 2 - Weight: 2x2kg barbell weights (don't have heavier)
7. 1 Tricep & 1x Oblique – L&R Alternate
8. Elevated Spider Push-Ups & Toe Touch – L&R Alternate – L&R Alternate
Reps: 2,5 (the toe touches are so hard for me but did them elevated)
9. 2 x Ski Abs & 2 x Plank Row & Turn – L&R Alternate
