been watchin some muppets lately

Hmm. I feel that both Intent and Aesthetic are powerful arguments towards me counting something as a muppet.

The Ghost of Christmas yet to come is indeed a puppet produced by the Jim Henson Company and specifically for the Muppets, i see no reason to exclude him despite the flagrant rebelion of the aesthetic.

And at the same time, Areola Borealis is working so hard to match the aesthetic that if i DIDN'T know where she was from, i'd consider her a Muppet on style alone.

Lastly I do consider Ludo a Muppet. I've been watching The Labyrinth since the day i was born and he, Sir Didymus, and Hoggle are all 100% Muppets in my eyes.

So clearly my own line for what is and isn't a Muppet lays somewhere between that diagonal line of Neutral Neutral and the Rebel Purists. I think that the company brings the magic on its own, but for some reason i just don't see it with The White Rabbit. but then on that line of thought, i also can see where the aesthetics argument diverges for me, it has to do with the realism and how hard the puppet is trying to escape being a puppet i think.

I'd love to hear your take on it.

As a battletech player with like 500+ custom mechs made i see 50 ton medium mech with a 250 light fusion engine and partial wing, giving it 5/8/7(i think?) movement. Large laser on each arm, 12 double heat sinks, and as much armor as it can carry with the remainder, so like 10-11 tons. I like em.
