Hey okay im sorry to like keep talking about this but my work is cutting everyones hours and I only have thirteen hours next week. Thirteen. My stimulus check still isnt here and I really dont feel like I’m in a good place financially right now at all. I’m trying to pick up hours and i filed for partial but I havent recieved anything yet.

For everyone who doesn’t know, early in 2018 my dad was diagnosed with cancer. This was the same year I was going to start college. Unfortunately, I was only able to complete one year before going home, both because of financial issues and for the sake of my own mental health.
I don’t like having to ask for help like this, but it’s become necessary. My dad is unable to work, and my mom and I have been unable to find jobs. All we need is enough to get by until we can find jobs.
Please help us keep the lights on, keep our house, and have food. If you can’t donate, please consider reblogging this.
Sooooo….. Things have gotten exponentially worse since I posted this. Me and my mom still can’t find work, mostly due to covid. Bills are starting to pill up since the covid relief ended, and because we planned and budgeted throughout that, dads disability payments aren’t enough to qualify us for help from or bank.Â
So, we need to make more money to qualify for help. Which is like the ultimate in bullshite.

so I’m sure that many of you have already heard that the writer behind Dr Gears was recently diagnosed with kidney cancer. he’s a stay at home dad with four children (two of whom have autism) and cancer treatment is very expensive, so it’s a tough spot for he and his wife.
this is the campaign set up by Gears and his wife, and if there’s anyone out there who has some cash to spare, I’m sure it would be greatly appreciated. I’m sure the surgery and recovery will be a lot easier for him if the financial strain is lifted a little.
hi so uh...
I got fired. My job runs on a point system now, and I called in the other day because of a very bad snow storm, and the fact I didn’t have a phone made me feel unsafe driving. This means I was a half a point over our system and was subsequently fired due to this.
I live on my own. I pay all of my bills as well as rent on a two bedroom apartment I am stuck in a lease for for the next six months.
I have already put my application in for several more jobs, as this only happened a few hours ago, I do not have any word on a stable income as of yet.
That being said, I’m going to be pushing and advertising my commissions quite a bit in the next few days, as well as possibly opening up an etsy and adding more designs to my redbubble, etc.

has the SCP Wiki still not figured out if Amnestics labels (A, B, C, etc) count up or down?
i know that canon is fake news but listen oh my god
I was writing a long and drawn out post about a hypothetical scenario where no one can remember what order the amnestics go in, but I got bored.
Bottom line: No one in the Foundation knows whether C or A is the strongest amnestic, therefore they've been playing it safe and only using B for years.
Technically they cant get all of us if we breach containment
