When they took my mother into the operating room, l felt like I couldn't breathe. I kept praying that l would see her alive again. By God's mercy, she survived the surgery, and I will never forget the people who stood beside us and helped us reach that moment 🙏
But our journey is not over yet. She is still in the hospital under close medical observation, and we still need $700 to cover her remaining hospital bills.. medications, and treatment 💔
What hurts me the most is that for two full days, not a single donation has come. I keep opening the fundraiser every few minutes, hoping to see even one small contribution, hoping to feel that someone still hears us. Every time I see the number unchanged, I feel my heart sink a little more 😔
I know people are tired of seeing fundraising posts. I know everyone has their own worries. But I am asking you as a daughter who is terrified of watching her mother suffer after everything she has already endured. Please don't leave us at the very end of this journey
If just 28 people donate $25, we can cover the remaining amount. Twenty-eight people could take away the fear that has been sitting on my chest day and night
Please, I'm begging you don't scroll away thinking someone else will help. We have come so far, and I don't want our journey to stop when we're this close
If you have ever wanted to make a real difference in someone's life, this is your moment. Please help my mother finish her recovery without the weight of unpaid medical bills hanging over our family 😔💔
Please don't leave us alone now. We need you more than ever🙏

My Mother's Life Depends on Your Kindness 💔
My mother is in Gaza, where every day is a struggle to survive. Some time ago, she was injured when shrapnel from nearby shelling struck her back. She tried to endure the pain for as long as she could, but now her condition has become critical.
She has now been admitted to the hospital, and her condition is very serious. She is suffering from unbearable back pain, extreme exhaustion, and every passing day brings more suffering. Watching my mother fight through this pain while I can do so little is heartbreaking.
The doctors told us that she urgently needs emergency back surgery. They warned us that the operation must be performed within the next 6 days to prevent her condition from deteriorating further.
The total cost of this life-saving surgery is $1,000.
Thanks to the incredible kindness of compassionate people, we have now raised $267 through our previous fundraising posts. We are deeply grateful to every person who has donated, shared our story, or kept my mother in their prayers.
That means we still need $441 from this appeal to complete the remaining amount needed for her surgery. We are getting closer, but time is running out, and every dollar brings my mother one step closer to the operation that could save her life.
I am begging you from the bottom of my heart: please don't scroll past my mother's suffering. Every donation, no matter how small, truly makes a difference. Even $5 or $10 can help when many kind people come together.
If you are unable to donate, please share this post with your friends, family, and community. Your share could reach someone who is able to help save my mother's life.
Please help us raise the remaining $441 within the next 6 days. My mother's condition is very serious, and she cannot wait any longer.
Thank you for your kindness, your prayers, and for standing with my family during the most difficult time of our lives ❤️.

I never imagined I would be writing these words while my mother is in the ICU. These are the hardest days of my life. Every minute feels heavy with fear, and every phone call from the hospital makes my heart stop for a moment
My mother urgently needs to undergo her heart procedure as soon as possible. The doctors have made it clear that her condition is serious, and our family is terrified as we wait and pray beside her 💔
We are now only $191 away. If just 8 kind people donate $25 each, we can almost reach our goal today. Such a small amount may seem a small amount to some, but for us, it feels like the final door standing between my mother and the treatment she desperately needs.💔😔
I keep refreshing the fundraiser every few minutes, hoping to see a donation, hoping to see proof that someone out there still cares. I am exhausted. I am scared. I am watching my mother suffer while knowing that the treatment she needs is so close, yet still out of reach 😔
Please don't scroll away thinking someone else will help. If everyone waits for another person to act, nothing will change. Be one of those 8 people.
I am not asking for luxury, comfort, or anything extra. I am only asking for the chance to help my mother receive the urgent treatment her doctors have recommended.I am begging you from the bottom of my heart. Please help us raise the last $191. Even the smallest donation could bring my mother one step closer to the urgent operation she needs . We are holding on to hope with everything we have left. 💔🙏
KOTOR fans, does anyone know if it would be possible to roleplay David Haller from Legion FX in a playthrough? I feel like this might be challenging as David's portrayal in the show is very nuanced; like he wants to do the right thing but the Shadow King keeps diverting him onto a self-destructive path. I also had an idea to try and write a KOTOR novelisation where the protagonist hears all the Sith Lords from the past in his mind and struggles to follow the lighter path. If anyone has any thoughts or comments I'd love to hear them! 🙏🧠♾️
“We are all the pieces of what we remember. We hold in yourselves the hopes and fears of those who love us. As long as there is love and memory, there is no true loss.”
I know that sounds harsh, but it's the truth I'm living Right Now😔
I keep wondering how many more times I'll have to ask before someone hears our cry for help. While you're reading this... she's lying in a hospital bed waiting... struggling... fighting for her life.
The doctors told us the truth we were terrified to hear: If she doesn't get this surgery immediately, we could lose her... forever💔
We only need $833. That's it. Not something impossible. that small amount... is the difference between life and death 😔
$833 might not mean much to some people... But to me, it means hearing my mother's voice again. It means seeing her smile. It means she gets another chance to live.
So let me ask you something honestly..
If this were your mother and her life depended on $833... would you close this post and keep scrolling?Or Would you tell yourself "someone else will help"?
Because that's exactly what everyone is thinking right now. And that's how people die. Not because they couldn't be saved... but because everyone assumed someone else would do it. Please... don't be the person who saw this and did nothing.🙏💔😔
I am not asking for luxury or comfort. I am asking for the chance to keep my mother safe. I am asking you to help us before we lose her. If our story reaches your heart, please don't leave without doing something. Your kindness today could be the reason my mother receives her medication in time🙏
Just $833... standing between her life and death. Don't think someone else will help... because right now, no one has. 🙏
My name is Abdullah Salem, I am 27 years old, married, and a father of two daughters, Iman and Masa. My wife, Sarah, is currently seven months pregnant. Before the war, I worked as a driver and lived a simple but stable life. Everything changed when my car was destroyed, I lost my job, and our home was completely destroyed.
Today, we live in a tent under very difficult conditions, struggling with food shortages, lack of clean water, and rising prices. I am doing my best to provide for my family and protect my children from hunger. We have also lost several family members during the war, and every day is a struggle to survive.
If you are able to support or share my campaign, any contribution—no matter how small—can help us secure food, water, and basic necessities. Thank you for taking the time to read our story and for giving us hope.
Hello friends,🥹
Verification with GazaVetter is currently pending.
excuse me for stating the obvious but like. james gunn outright calling superman an immigrant and doubling down on it when he got backlash (because he IS an immigrant, that's the point of superman) + the in-movie dialogue of "aren't you going to read me my rights?" "you're an extraterrestrial, son. you haven't got any rights to read." + the violence of his arrest and how they torture and mistreat him unapologetically, all under the guise of "protecting america", in a film releasing during the onslaught of violent ICE kidnappings and abuse... yeah it's really no wonder right-wing knobheads are crying about this being woke. they're being forced to look directly at the reasons one of the most well-known and beloved heroes of all time would not be on their side. and that's only ONE of the reasons this movie covers
