Twin Jirachi Oc / RP Blog. Komadori and Aurora are twin Jirachi! New to the world, and all it's wonders, the twin siblings are eager to go out into the world, and learn more!
Greetings friends! So sorry this blog has been quiet! Tumblr logged me out, and I was just too lazy to log back in, so I was just playing along with both the Gen 6 and Gen 7 Verses on their Gen 7 Blogs.
If you are curious, for Alola, I have separate blogs for both Koma and Aura as adults, following the ‘Fifteen Years Later’ plot.
Aura: @star-princxss
Koma: @wishful-jinn
Buuut! The whole purpose of making those blogs was not to mix the two verses, so here I am! I apologize for being lazy!
“Of course, little lady! Don’t worry.” Xerneas gave her a warm giggle before sitting on her knees to match her height. The deer even extended her pinkie out to the little girl. “I’ll pinkie promise with you that everything is alright.”
Aura’s expression instantly lit up, and she eagerly reached forward to complete the handshake, “Okay! Then... are you a friend, Miss Lady?”
“W-wait a second! I–” Oh dear, this was a mess. Xerneas had to choose wisely. “I’m not really fond of a certain Yveltal… Your father has done nothing wrong, I promise!”
“Am I okay too?” She pressed.
Oh good! She was glad Daddy didn’t do anything wrong! Though she didn’t quite understand what the pretty lady meant by ‘a certain Yveltal’?
‘Counter offer,’ Smogon sneered. Suddenly, the woman was RIGHT in Shii’s face, cold expression level with his face. Her hand was reeled back in a tightly closed fist, 'Smack Down.’
CRACK!! The woman’s fist felt like a solid piece of stone as it slammed into Shii’s face. The force of it sent the Death Bird straight to the ground, leaving Au'drastus and Aura wide open. The Absol gripped Aura tighter and turned around, not to run, but to take the brunt of the attack.
CRACK!! He faired no better with it, feeling like his spine would break as the stone-like fist impacted on his back. He flipped, ass over end, landing on his side but still managing to keep Aura from being wrenched from his grip. Consciousness was quickly becoming a struggle, though.
'How does that sound?’ Smogon chuckled, 'I’ll make it easy, stay down and we’ll gather our things and go. Stand up and we’ll just have to kick it up, I’m not a terribly patient 'mon.’
Aura let out a deafening scream as the woman attacked her Daddy, and reached out for him. But she couldn’t do much from the Absol’s grasp.
She screamed again as they went flying, and squeezed her eyes shut. She barely felt the two of them hit the ground, since Au’Drastus took the brunt of the attack, but she didn’t remain still for very long. Aura squirmed in Au’Drastus’s arms, trying to free herself so she could fight too!
Au'drastus would feel it this time. That familiar and painfully recent scent hanging in the air. Sulfur. It may have jolted the little star, but her white-haired caretaker snatched her up and held her close, shielding her body with his. The nook of corn they had been passing through erupted into flames!
“Rrr!” Au'drastus held Aura tight, summoning his Razor Wind to blast the corn into smoldering embers. In the rising smoke, two forms appeared, a woman and a one-horned Houndoom.
‘Thought you’d seen the last of me?’ Smogon sneered as he and the dark-skinned woman came into proper view. The woman had an aura so dark that even the Absol could see its dark tendrils wrapping about her. But that’s not what he focused on.
No, what he focused on was the pair of MegaStone and MegaRings between them. His heart sank. He prayed that Niki and Shii had seen the eruption of fire and would arrive post-haste, but until then.
“What is this? Wyn’s new plaything? Your replacement?” He sneered, stepping back, “Fancy jewelry you got there, Smoggy.”
'Don’t take another step!’ The Houndoom hissed, his mouth flaring with another attack.
Aura let out a terrified scream, as Au’drastus grabbed her, and shielded her from the attack. Aura tried her best to look over Au’Drastus’s shoulder, as the attack ended, and see who had attacked them, but without much luck.
Her eyes widened as she saw the next attack forming in the Houndoom’s mouth, and buried her face into Au’Drastus’s shirt!
“Ooookay Aura… that’s enough.” Shii walked up behind the excited Jirachi, and gently put a hand on her shoulder, “Why don’t’cha go upstairs and unpack while I talk with yer Mom?”
“Okay!” Aura cheered.
She turned and gave her Mom one last hug, before running up the stairs, and off towards her room!
Nikita raised an eyebrow, and placed her hands on her hips, “Did you now? I thought you and your Father were competing in some sort of contest in Hoenn?”
Of course, she knew they weren’t at any contest in Hoenn, but it was rather amusing that Aura was accidentally throwing Shii under the bus on this.
“Nope! Daddy took us to some place called al-lol-lah and I did a trial with a boy named Kaleo and we fought a big dragon! And, Daddy said I need to ask you if I can do more trials because that was really fun and they will make me tough!”
“Aura!” Niki cheered, as she heard the shrill voice of her daughter in the lobby. She hurried down the stairs and over to the excited little Jirachi, and bent down the best she could to give Aura a hug, “Welcome home, did you have fun with Dad and Uncle Nilos?”
Aura eagerly hugged her Mom back, “Yeah!” She pulled herself back and jumped up and down, “Mommy! Guess what? I did a Trial! I got to explore a cave and take pictures of Pokemon!”
Without hesitation, he stepped forward, crouched down, and held his arms out towards his baby girl, “Aura! How’d it go, superstar!?”
Aura instantly ran towards her Dad, and threw her arms around his neck as she reached him, “Daddy! Daddy! Guess what?” Without giving him a chance to respond, she continued, “I completed my trial! I got all four pictures! Wanna see!?”
“Yeah we did!” Kaleo cheered. He walked up to the Professor, and showed him the four photos.
“Whoa!” Professor Kukui grinned, as he took the Poke Finder from Kaleo, and scrolled through the images, “Hmm! It looks like you did take photos of all four Pokemon, including the Totem Pokemon! You both cleared the trial!”
Aura and Kaleo looked at each other, and cheered loudly.
“Yeah!!” Kaleo thrust a fist into the air, “That means, I can take on my Island Trial Challenge! I’ll make you proud, Dad!”
Aura turned back, and looked at her Dad, “Daddy... does this mean I can take on the ‘Island Trial Challenge’ too?”
Kaleo though, laughed in response, and put his hands on his sides, “Of course we did! My Dad’s Greninja is awesome!” He turned around and looked at Aura, “And, we both got the four photos, yeah! You know what this means, right?! We passed the Trial, Aura!”
“Oh!” Aura gasped. She looked down at her borrowed Poke Finder. In the heat of the moment... she had completely forgotten that they were on a trial here! Her expression instantly lit up when that realization settled in, “Y-yay!” She turned around, and hurriedly started back towards the mouth of the cave, “Let’s go tell Dad and Mr. Professor!”
“Uh, you mean Professor Kukui, right?” Kaleo laughed, “Alright! Let’s go!”
Aura waited for Kaleo to catch up, and then fell into step beside the boy, “I can’t wait to show my Daddy the pictures!” She cheered, proudly.
“Hm? Yeah! I bet’cha can’t!” Kaleo laughed, “I have to wait till I get home to show my Mom!”
Aura slowed to a stop. She sort of just realized that he was here alone... she sort of just assumed he had something to do with Mr. Professor Kukui, but apparently not?
“Hm? Aura, whats wrong? Why’d ya stop?” Kaleo quipped, snapping Aura from her thoughts.
“U-um...” She replied, “...h-how come your Mom or Dad didn’t come see your trial? Then you could show her right away!”
Kaleo shrugged, and turned back around, “Mom’s busy with work. I’ll just show her tonight at dinner!”
Aura did not look satisfied by that answer, and glanced up at Greninja, “But... then... why did your Dad leave you with his Greninja friend instead of coming?”
Kaleo frowned, and paused for a moment. He bent down, and picked up a small rock that lay in the path, “He’s... my Dad’s not around anymore.” He tossed the rock into the bushes nearby.
“Where is he then?” The young Jirachi asked, without thinking.
Kaleo didn’t turn back around to face her, “Gone...” He groaned, more in frustration than anything else, and rubbed the back of his head, “He’s been dead for years, yeah...”
Aura felt a cold chill wash over her, and she clutched the Poke Finder to her chest, “D-dead? But...”
Kaleo started walking towards the cave again, “Yeah... he was a fisherman, and his boat got caught in a storm...” He paused, and turned around to face her with a sudden grin, “But... that happened a long time ago! I know he’s here in spirit! And besides, that’s why I wanna take on the trials, yeah!” A smug look crossed his features, “Yeah! I’m gunna pass all the trials, and become the man of the household! Just you wait and see!”
Aura clapped her hands, around her device, “I believe in you!”
Kaleo held his chin up high and laughed, “Thanks Aura!”
He turned back towards the road again, “C’mon! Professor Kukui and your Dad are waiting for us! Let’s go!”
Aura nodded, and grinned brightly, before rushing off after him. Seeing Aura break into a run, Kaleo laughed, and started running as well!
“Graninja! Aerial Ace!” Kaleo suddenly called out, from beside Aura.
In a flash, the old Greninja pounced over Kaleo’s head, and into the air. He spun around, and soured towards the Hakamo-o. He collided with the Alolan Pokemon, mid-pounce, and sent the Hakamo-o soaring backwards. It slammed back down into the grass with a startled gasp.
Greninja landed on the ground in a crouch between Kaleo and Aura, and the Hakamo-o. He straightened up, and looked ahead, as the wild Pokemon slowly rose to it’s feet once more.
The Hakamo-o shook itself off, and an angry look crossed it’s face. Aura flinched, as she sensed that strange, unknown aura from earlier once more. But, before she could call out a warning, the Hakamo-o leaned back, and roared into the sky! Suddenly, a bright yellow burst of energy surrounded it...
“Greninja! Let’s finish this!” Kaleo called out. Greninja nodded in response, and charged once more at the Wild Pokemon.
This time, his attack sent the Hakamo-o souring backwards, through the grass. It landed hard on the ground, and for a moment, Aura wondered if it was going to get back up...
It tried. The Pokemon braced itself up with it’s arms, but it’s arms shook - unable to carry it’s own weight, and the pokemon collapsed onto the ground... defeated!
Aura thrust a fist into the air, “Yaaay! Kaleo! Greninja! You didi t!”
Greninja nodded, and bowed at his fallen opponent, before turning around and returned to Kaleo’s side.
Kaleo though, laughed in response, and put his hands on his sides, “Of course we did! My Dad’s Greninja is awesome!” He turned around and looked at Aura, “And, we both got the four photos, yeah! You know what this means, right?! We passed the Trial, Aura!”
