I'm part of this runner club called DSE Runners that holds weekly races in different parts of San Francisco. Tonight was a 4.5mi race around Lake Merced. Lately, I've been focussing on my form to run more efficiently and reduce risk of injury by shortening my stride, increasing cadence, and landing on my mid-forefoot directly beneath my center of gravity. I finished in 32:45:43 with a split of 7:16/mi, pain free.
