Every now and then I remember that I literally did my dissertation for my Film Studies degree on Meryl Streep, I wrote heavily about Miranda Priestly and I’m fairly certain Francesca Johnson too. That’s how deeply ingrained this woman and her characters are in me and have been for over half of my life, I love her.

Would be quite interesting to read again after over 12 years, I really should try to find it.

I remember taking my little sister to the cinema for the very first time to watch Letters to Juliet when I was about 17 & she was 10, loved every minute of it.

Haven’t watched it since then until today, it’s such a gorgeous film and Vanessa Redgrave is so lovely I can’t get over it, she’s so softly spoken, gentle and warm 🥹

Watching older people find love always makes me so happy, love has no time limit or age limit and leaves me hopeful to find it one day.
