10+ Years ago I had feelings for one of my best friends. We met in college and be came great friends. Three years later I told him how I felt. His reply was that he loved me but as a sister and not as someone who he can have a romantic relationship with. Because of this we never talk anymore. Only phone each other on our birthdays.

Eventually I moved on.

10 Years later I find myself in the same situation.

I hate this! I hate feeling like this! And I hate not knowing what can or can not happen!

Question

I have a question. Do shops really stay open past midnight in some countries? I mean like hardware and furniture kinda stuff. Cause seening stuff like that on TV freaks me out sometime!

Sometimes I freeze like a deer when I see my neighbours walk past my flat or when they walk in the parking area hoping they don't notice me. And when they see me I bolt like a deer back to my flat... except I'm far less elegant/graceful when I do that.

For the past week I've been checking evey tap and even checking the plumbing because I kept hearing a dripping sound in my flat

I was about to give up, sitting in silence and trying to hear where the sound might be coming from.

But then it hit me... it hit me so hard that I got angry.

It was the f***ing wall clock I got for my brithday. I have moved it to the living room now.

A few months ago I read that "fun fact" to my friend about that tampons used to be like bullet stoppers in a war. Well since then we called them bullets.

One day (when my friend and her husband still lived with me in my flat) she asked me to buy her some "bullets", I was going to the shop and she had her hands full with her 2 year old daughter. So I went out bought the stuff and came back home. At that moment her husband came back from work as well (he is a cop). I told my friend that her "bullets" is in the shopping bag. Her husband had this utter confused look and this is how the conversation went...

 Friends husband: Her what is what?

Me: Her bullets. In the bag.

Friend: Yeah didn't you listen?

Friends husband: You two going to rob something?

Me: Not that I'm aware off.

Friend: It's not that kind of bullets.

Friends husband: Not that kind of bullets? What?

Friend: Don't worry about it.

Friends husband: As long as it doesn't kill anyone and there is no blood it's all good.

Me and friend: *starts crying from laughter*
