⛓💙 Isabachi demons for the body! 💙⛓ . My original idea was to bring angels on Valentine's Day and demons on White Day, but my uni sucked my sould and free time and I couldn't finish them until now ;;;; so let's all hold hands again and pretend that today is white day 💚💛

One thing I appreciate in Blue Lock’s writing is that the characters don’t tell anyone their emotional struggles that easily. Heck, they don’t tell the full story at all. They may hint at it (e.g. Chigiri saying he’s looking for a reason to give up, Yukimiya saying he’s running out of time, Kaiser saying he used to be emotionally weak, etc.), but never do they explain exactly what it is they’re struggling with inside.

Hiori doesn’t talk about how he once imagined killing his parents. Kunigami still hasn’t shared what the fuck happened to him in the Wild Card and how it’s changed him. And even Rin, who’s been very vocal about hating Sae, never once explained why he hates Sae.

No therapy-talk dialogue, so to speak, and I like it.

The one exception, of course, is Bachira, who told Isagi after the Second Selection match about how he’s been waiting for someone to save him. This was really ripping his heart out and laying it bare before the other.

But BachiSagi has always been that too healthy and ideal couple, so I’m not counting it.
