I thought I was gonna hate being at camp but it was actually a vibe? Had so many new experiences, like getting lost in the forest for a few days, eating an uncooked sausage, having a deep conversation under the stars, accidentally pranking the wrong person, having my first kiss (twice) on the last night, and then at the end of that night I made friends with the woman who washes dishes and we had a nice chat about music :)

At the end-of-camp party, a load of us played spin the bottle, and I ended up having my first kiss (twice) which apparently makes me an adult now? And I was so cool about the whole situation. It was a good night 😏

For Summerween I went as Pierre from the Hunchback of Notre Dame because someone back at home once said I reminded them of him? I didn't know the character but the person just said "our vibes are similar" apparently. So yeah.

Stargazing...Part 2!!: Existential hour under the cosmos

I caught a couple kids stargazing outside past curfew a few nights ago. I was never much of a rule stickler myself, so I told them they could have five more minutes so long as I could join them. :>

We ended up talking about our dreams for the future, and I guess I’m going to have to try to go to space now..?

Anyway, that whole session reminded me of this little mission I signed up for two years ago:

Have you ever made some arts and crafts before?

I love making things since there's not much else for me to do at home. Once I collected enough of those see-through colorful candy wrappers and hung them by my bedroom window so when the sun shone through it made my room look all psychedelic.

I also used to paint over old family photos to make them more colorful but then my mom found out and made me stop :(

All I did was try to get a better view of the sunset and then I got lost in the forest for like 3 days.

Do you think someday you'll be a famous musical artist? Like a popstar?

that's what I'm hoping for, although I don't think I'd be a very good popstar. i'm not really much of a performer, I'd be better off doing something in the background. like maybe just producing music but never having to ever perform it.

(i've never performed to anyone before.....)

but I'd still like to be a famous musician, that'd be pretty cool
