dreamwriters | Prompt Call: NaNo/Post Election Poke-a-Bigot-in-the-Eye Prompt Call Edition

PROMPT CALL: BACKLOG CLEARING & POKE A BIGOT IN THE EYE

Come help me fill all my old writing prompts AND write new stories featuring the world we’d rather see! New prompts are preferred to be Poke-A-Bigot-In-The-Eye material, featuring: (a) characters who are minorities (including but not limited to: characters with disabilities, people of color, queer people, poor people, and kinky people), (b) nonviolent resistance/problems that can’t be solved with hitting, and/or (c) gentle/fluffy fiction. Finished the danger meter. We'll say this bulky thing is Carlos's first version of it (personal headcanon is that he likely has multiple in rotation and each version gets a little more reasonable in size, but generally he ends up defaulting back to the big version because (a) it's too big to lose and (b) it tends to meet Night Vale's weird technology legality loopholes better than the smaller ones). #WIP #welcometonightvale #welcometonightvalecosplay #carlosthescientistcosplay #theinvestigatorsliveshow #therichheiress

This Saturday Nov 14th (tomorrow) is the All Year Sprints Night of Writing Dangerously from 7-11pm EST.

We’ll be doing a book/library-themed adventure-ish game. Teams will be Libriomancers vs Wizards. 

Libriomancers (usernames A-M, colors red/purple/pink). Wizards (usernames N-Z, colors green/teal/blue).

There will be a sign-up sheet. (And yes if you want to choose a team make sure your username that night starts with the letter that matches the team and possibly match up your name color).

There will be participation banners for both showing up and for words!

Kinda Rorschach-blot-ish spider/spider web manicure. Hair done in a messy #CGHAlternativeBraid (split rope twist braid)… I tried doing a more edgy variation of this but my hair refused to behave properly. Not enough chanting maybe. Lol

I distracted Joseph with my costume (he was distracted by my kitty ears) when he signed my book last week, so there's a little squiggly dot under the E in my name labeled mistake. I kinda like it [authors are human -- even if they like to pretend they aren't ;).]
