Iâm not sure many of you know this and with what Iâve seen I doubt this will get attention considering how deeply sabotaged tumblr has become. But Iâve been doing activism for about as long as weâve been yelling things like âHandsOffAssattaShakurâ to protesting what I thought was religious corruption when we did so against scientology to #OccupyWallstreet. Iâve been protesting and doing activism online and offline depending on my mental and physical health which has limited me as time goes by. Itâs finally got me burnt out, not from the protesting and activism, but from those whose job in the past and present been to sabotage and destabilize Black lead/ Poc led movements. Iâm in a continuation of this. Donât let my lack of energy in speaking out fool you into thinking I gave up. I have just gotten worn out by them.
The things theyâve done to my mind and body while in this area since moving. Theyâve been surveilling me since before I could even remember. Every single day that goes by theyâll have some way of making their presence on my health in a debilitating way. Theyâll mess with the internet, phone, my contacts, infiltrate them, infiltrate my family, theyâve messed with the job search process and made difficult for me to enter any job without said job making some offhanded comments showing their solidarity to the corrupted country I protest. Theyâve had people I trusted right here on tumblr infiltrated my circles of friends and myself and make it very well known that they feel beyond reproach.
This has all been in coordination with the NYPD and other government agents of defense. Theyâll make themselves present in just about any space I try to go. From the forest, parks, to just a simple walks outside. I basically was lead into an area of Manhattan that is mad pro-cop, pro-surveillence capitalism, pro-militarized. Any time I make blog posts or whatever that donât put em in a good light I get some kind of mental or physical health debilitating action against me like theyâll have mad loud noises at timed intervals like what the agent upstairs does all the time which messes with my breathing due to social anxiety and depression. Theyâve had cars roll dangerously close to me, whether im biking or not. Theyâll have people walk mad close to me during social distancing measures. I know it be them because they tend to use sensitive information they got through surveillancing me all day and night. Like fam I could be trying to take a piss in peace at like 3am and theyâll still be bumping away and making all types of sound to give the impression that theyâre always watching. And they are.
And I think the fact that those UFO/UAP objects appeared on my 17th (11/10/2004) birthday added to their obsession with me. The other fact that I ended painting a similar craft under the context of destroying colonialism I believe gave the government more understanding on what theyâre really here about. I think that being the end of these oppressive regimes that have made so much out of us. I donât want to sound superstitious but since then Iâve felt a connection with those UAPs that I only learned to name recently. I no longer think itâs coincidental that about a month or so AFTER I painted those native, queer sisters dancing to bring forth help from their future descendants, the navy posts those videos of the UAP that become well known. Theyâve never done that, and yet just a few weeks after I painted this, not only does the gallery I exhibited this in Harlem catches fire unexpectedly, but these things become a topic of discussion in ways weâve never seen before. I think them UAPs are here for our freedom. But thatâs for another post. Too much to unpack into this. Iâm just letting yall know what they know of me.
So now imagine. This nigga aka me, tied to UFO, fortelling the future (I know what I sound like, but believe me, I can definitely tell the future) AAAND fighting for black lives? Of course they gone be on my ass like a probe. In fact, I think one night they even broke into our apartment (not the first time they do so) and did things against my will as I slept since I woke up feeling violated. Waking up with strange markings and having objects in the crib go missing. But Iâll leave that there. Thereâs so little yaâll know about what theyâre doing to BLM activists. So much Iâve omitted from here for my own sanity and to process things. This has caused my body a lot of debilitating stress down to my breathing having been shortened. Iâm lucky if I have the will power to eat more than 2 meals. I donât even bike anymore. I can barely run anymore. I can barely speak like I used to anymore. They stole so much more from me than theyâll ever imagine. Even saying all this to yall, whomever listening, feels pointless. Why? because theyâre very good at making it seem, even if and when it aint true, that your people donât fuck with you no more except for those they deem acceptable.
As you figured, this would have anyone under 24/7 watch. The government be lookin at me and them UAP and the lands and non government natives as a force they donât wanna reckon with, so theyâve put a lot out to shrink me as they do to so many of us who choose to fight for the rest who canât. And this has all been while trying to raises my baby Quinn with my partner. So weâre all dealing with the state and federal terrorists in one way or another. If they not trying physically fuck with me, theyâll be running psych warfare on me, shit thatll have me doubting myself despite the facts. Luckily a nigga still bout that scientific literacy so itâs helped me a lot in spotting them and trying to keep some semblance of a distance. But again because of what Iâm tied to: bday 111, UAP/UFO, native resistance and the spirits of the land and those this country murdered for white supremacist ventures, predicting/ESP type of abilities on the daily while telling them how useless their surveillence capitalist tools are knowing we can do this has likely mad them other me, dehumanize me and made me feel less human.
Since then Iâve noticed theyâve been limiting my posts and activities on just about any site that has favored white supremacy, neocolonialism and capitalism in some way or another. Theyâll mess with my facebook feed, who my posts get seen by, theyâll mess with my IG, theyâll mess with my tumblr especially. Basically any way they can limit who I may say this to and wear me out from even speaking about this and bringing yall hope like that. And remember, the information that they share amongst themselves as surveillance capitalist is the same information hub/database that infiltrated white supremacists and antiblack/antibrown folks in governments tend to us and share with their own hateful ass people. With this in mind, I really think they look at me as some would be leader to those movements since Iâm queer and nonbinary so not as easy to trick into the outdated oppresive politics they try to have me on. Since I havenât shown interest in being with them in any real way and have stuck to my activism and abolishing these systems theyâve continue to in a way torture me. Through sounds, denial of physical services, or when I go out to eat in places that have ties to law enforcement or government agencies, theyâll mess with my food, just about anything you need theyâll fuck with. What would that do to you if you experienced that? Hence why my bloggin changed a bit, not as attached due to energy fatigue and their constant harrassment and obsession with me. Many times, even with the fact that I may be linked to those UAP in some special way I still be feelin like dyin to not be around em anymore.
To add to what I said on how corporate own websites like tumblr have joined them; After having spent a good amount of time blocking my posts and blaming their algorithm. From blocking drawings of normalizing fatness to pro LGBTQ and Black Lives Matter posts like the Eric Garner videos I uploaded. For a few months now Iâve noticed my scinerds blog has been inaccessible, in a way sabotaging my communication with yall. And they would fix my blog posts by limiting who sees my posts, so now most if not all of my posts on this website and few others have been. When I try to use it Iâm not allowed, but Iâm still able to reblog, so Iâve been reblogging there less science and more activism as a way to protest the racist, white supremacist of tumblr. Be they black or not, they still acting the same.

The Australian mass murderer lamented the "apathetic and apolitical" nature of his country of birth, which he called an outpost of Europe.
The dossier seemingly compiled by the self-described terrorist who shot dead Muslim worshippers in Christchurch reveals an obsession with violent uprisings against Islam.
The shooter, identifying himself as Brenton Tarrant, a 28-year-old born in Australia, characterises the country of his birth as little more than an outpost of Europe with a propensity for political apathy.
A man claiming to be âBrenton Tarrantâ from Australia posted a bodycam video of the attack.
Prime Minister Scott Morrison confirmed an Australian had been arrested in New Zealand, and said he had been briefed on the manifesto, describing it as âa work of hateâ.
Across 74 pages, the manâs dossier regurgitated familiar objections to immigration and multiculturalism, and laments the âdecayingâ culture of the white, European West.

While he made several references to Australia, there is little in the document to suggest an explanation for his evil actions lies in some direct experience of the country or its politics.
Australia was no more than a âEuropean colonyâ, in his view â âsimply an offshootâ of its British colonists, and a lacklustre one at that.

He raised and then dismissed the idea he could have been radicalised by ideas given to him by friends or associates, because âthose around [me] were the typical Australians, apathetic and for the most part apolitical, only truly showing motivation in matters of animal rights, environmentalism and taxationâ.
The gunman did not identify as an Australian despite being born here. âThe origins of my language is European, my culture is European, my political beliefs are European, my philosophical beliefs are European, my identity is European and, most importantly, my blood is European,â he wrote.
âWhat is an Australian but a drunk European? Kidding, but Australia is a European colony, particularly of British stock and thereby an extension of Europe.â
Tarrant described himself as an âethno nationalist eco fascistâ, having previously identified as a communist, an anarchist and a libertarian. He wrote that he believed in âethnic autonomy for all peoples with a focus on the preservation of nature, and the natural orderâ.
In the dossier, he made reference to the horrific Skaf gang rapes in Sydney in the year 2000. But his manifesto suggested he was preoccupied with rapes that had occurred in England and more recently in Germany by non-Europeans.
In particular, he referenced the sexual exploitation of approximately 1400 children in the northern English town of Rotherham in the late 1980s, 1990s and 2000s, primarily by British-Pakistani men.
Along with references to Rotherham, inscriptions on Tarrantâs equipment mentioned Alexandre Bissonnette and Luca Traini, mass shooters in Canada and Italy respectively.
He also included the names of several Serbian military figures, such as Milos Obilic, an apocryphal knight featuring prominently in accounts of the 1389 Battle of Kosovo against the invading Ottoman Empire, the Islamic superpower of its day, who was alleged to have assassinated the Ottoman Sultan.

Tarrant made reference to the Serbian Prince Lazar Hrebeljanovic, whom Obilic served and who was killed in the Battle of Kosovo.
Other names inscribed on Tarrantâs weaponry included Bajo Pivljanin and Novak Vujosevic, each of whom led uprisings against the Ottomans during later periods and were considered heroes within their communities, as well as Montenegrin general Marko Miljanov.
Also inscribed on his guns and ammunition were references to the 1683 Battle of Vienna, in which Christian forces defeated the Ottomans, and 1571, an apparent reference to the Battle of Lepanto in which the Empire suffered another defeat.
Music was playing in the car in the background of the video of Tarrantâs attack, one in the Serbian language, and one in German. The Serbian song references the âbutcher of Bosniaâ, Radovan Karadzic, a convicted war criminal and the political leader of Bosnian Serbs.
âWolves are on the move from Krajina. Fascists and Turks, beware. Karadzic, lead your Serbs, let them see they fear no one,â the lyrics say.
It was not immediately clear whether Tarrant was involved in far-right neo-Nazi groups in Australia. However, imagery from Tarrantâs now-removed Twitter profile bears striking similarity to those used by a extreme-right, anti-immigration group called The Dingoes.
In his writing, Tarrant echoed views expressed by Anders Breivik, the Norwegian right-wing terrorist who killed 77 people with a van bomb and gun massacre in Norway in 2011.
He specifically mentioned Breivik by name, claiming he had âbrief contactâ with the mass murderer and had received a âblessingâ for his actions from Breivikâs associates.
The dossier also praised United States President Donald Trump as âa symbol of renewed white identity and common purposeâ, and addresses grievances about the leftâs âmarch through the institutionsâ.
Mr Morrison confirmed the man was an Australian citizen and described him as a violent, right-wing extremist terrorist. He said he had been briefed on the dossier.
âIt is the work of hate, Iâve got no other way to describe it,â he said. âWhatâs born of hate is never good.â
While no country is a pure analog for America, its peers have taken massive, successive steps to driving down killings, like destroying guns in bulk.
The US has seen several of mass shootings in recent months, continuing debates about gun control.
Some countries have figured out how to curb gun violence through targeted strategies.
Efforts in Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Norway, and the United Kingdom may all offer insight.

Over the weekend, two mass shootings occurred. A 21-year-old gunman entered a Walmart on Saturday in El Paso, Texas, killing 22 people and injuring 26 more. In Dayton, Ohio, a gunman killed nine people and injured 27 others, just 13 hours later.
Last week, on July 28, a gunman opened fire at a food festival in Gilroy, California, killing three people and injuring 12 others.
As shootings like these continue in the US, so do questions about gun control. Americans who fear their town or city could be the site of the next attack wonder what strategies the US could take to reduce gun violence.
No country has the same political structure as the US, but several have taken steps that worked for them. Here are their insights.
Australia paid citizens to sell their guns to the government.

A spate of violence in the 1980s and â90s that culminated in a 1996 shooting that left 35 dead led Australian Prime Minister John Howard to convene an assembly to devise gun-control strategies.
The group landed on a massive buyback program, costing hundreds of millions of dollars offset by a one-time tax increase, that bought and destroyed more than 600,000 automatic and semiautomatic weapons and pump-action shotguns.
Over the next few years, gun-death totals were cut nearly in half. Firearm suicides dropped to 0.8 per 100,000 people in 2006 from 2.2 in 1995, while firearm homicides dropped to 0.15 per 100,000 people in 2006 from 0.37 in 1995.
A US buyback would mean destroying more than 40 million gunsâ but at the state level, the undertaking might not be so massive.
The United Kingdom took a multipronged approach.

The UKâs approach combines elements from Norway, Australia, and Japanâs policies.
Around when Australia adopted its gun regulations, UK Parliament passed legislation banning private ownership of handguns in Britain and banned semiautomatic and pump-action firearms throughout the UK. It also required shotgun owners to register their weapons.
A $200 million buyback program led to the governmentâs purchase of 162,000 guns and 700 tons of ammunition from citizens.
GunPolicy.org estimates that in 2010 there were 3.78 guns per 100 people in the UK, while the US, meanwhile, is estimated to have 101 guns per 100 people.
The result has been roughly 50 to 60 gun deaths a year in England and Wales, which have a population of 56 million. Compare that to the US, a country about six times as large that has more than 160 times as many gun-related homicides.
Japan puts citizens through a rigorous set of tests.

Japan, which has strict laws for obtaining firearms, seldom has more than 10 shooting deaths a year in a population of 127 million people.
If Japanese people want to own a gun, they must attend an all-day class, pass a written test, and achieve at least 95% accuracy during a shooting-range test.
Then they have to pass a mental-health evaluation at a hospital, as well as a background check, in which the government digs into any criminal records or ties and interviews friends and family members.
Finally, they can buy only shotguns and air rifles â no handguns â and must retake the class and the initial exam every three years.
Norway exemplifies the power of social cohesion and trust.

Compared with the US, Norway has about one-third of the number of guns per 100 civilians â and about one-tenth of the rate of gun deaths per 100,000 people.
Sociologists who study the Nordic model have found that social cohesion between citizens and the government goes a long way toward ensuring a (mostly) peaceful society.
For example, an analysis in 2015 found that the number of fatal shootings by police in Norway in the past nine years was less than the number of fatal shootings by US police officers in one day.
Gummi Oddsson, a cross-cultural sociologist from Northern Michigan University, has found that Nordic governments go to great lengths to build trust in local communities.
He told Business Insider that US states could look to strengthen a sense of trust through measures like community policing, a tactic that emphasizes partnership between law enforcement and communities.
The thinking goes that people will begin to feel safer around the police, who will then have a better understanding of the neighborhood and be able to address problems before they happen.
New Zealand is instituting a policy similar to Australiaâs.

Most recently, New Zealand has instituted a ban on semi-automatic rifles after a mass shooting in Christchurch left 51 people dead and dozens more injured in March 2019. The gunman, a self-professed white supremacist, targeted two mosques during a Friday prayer with semi-automatic weapons.
Six days later, New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern announced the ban. The country had the first of a scheduled 250 buyback events for the year just three weeks ago.
âOn 15 March our history changed forever. Now, our laws will too,â Prime Minister Ardern said in a press conference. âWe are announcing action today on behalf of all New Zealanders to strengthen our gun laws and make our country a safer place.â
Experts say a nationwide ban on assault weapons wouldnât work in the US due to the influential gun lobby, which has helped to strike down other gun control legislation.
âThey donât have an NRA,â Gregory Koger, a University of Miami political science professor, told INSIDER. âThereâs no organization of gun owners and gun companies that systematically and persistently opposes regulations of guns.â
Very exciting news happening in the world of medicinal psychotropics, when Denver for a vote that, in a nationwide first, will decriminalize psilocybin mushrooms in favor of itâs many psychological benefits previously known to the medical sciences. The Atlantic reports:
Today the city is expected to officially decriminalize possession of the mind-altering fungus. Based on a ballot measure decided last week, citizens of Denver can more confidently grow and eat mushrooms that contain psilocybin, the perception-altering compound found in some 200 species.
Though only 11 people have been prosecuted in Denver for psilocybin possession in the past three years, local advocates such as the Denver Psilocybin Initiative believe that decriminalization could open the door to more widespread use for various medicinal reasons.
It could also be a bellwether for the nation, and the world, as people begin to reflect on why psychedelic mushrooms are among the most tightly regulated ingestible substances on the planet, even though researchers at Johns Hopkins University recently found that they pose no risk of creating physical dependence and a low risk of abuse and harm.
Itâs still not legal to possess psilocybin mushrooms in Denver, or certainly to sell them. Much less to claim that you are âthe lizard kingâ in a public park while eating pomegranate seeds out of a human head. No, certainly not. The measure says only that punishing people for having some mushrooms for personal use falls among the âlowest law-enforcement priority.â

This is great news for drug policy progression in the U.S. considering this fungus has also been recently noted to aid in brain plasticity, the ability for your brain to essentially heal itself.
The NYPD fails to provide district attorneys with information, including police officersâ disciplinary records, that prosecutors need to decide whether to charge people with crimes, the Manhattan District Attorneyâs Office said in a letter to the department exclusively obtained by BuzzFeed News.
Those records, a small fraction of the total employees who have been disciplined, were obtained from a source who requested anonymity. Even prosecutors â who sometimes must decide whether to bring charges based on the word of a police officer â cannot get the records before a case goes to trial, according to the letter. The NYPD fiercely guards police misconduct records, citing a controversial state law to deny the public from seeing which officers have been disciplined for lying or other wrongdoing. A recent BuzzFeed News investigation found that hundreds of officers who committed the most serious offenses, from lying to grand juries to physically attacking innocent people, got to keep their jobs. The investigation was based on a cache of secret, internal records about 1,800 NYPD employees disciplined between 2011 and 2015 that are now available to the public in a searchable database.
Thatâs a problem because statewide, fewer than 2% of people arrested for felonies get convicted through a trial. The rest â more than 98% â plead guilty, sometimes in exchange for lesser penalties. So in the overwhelming majority of cases, prosecutors are charging people and pressing for plea deals even though they lack vital information which might have led them to toss the case.
âThese limitations frustrate our ability, not only to prepare for trial, but to make early assessments of witness credibility, explore weaknesses in a potential case, and exonerate individuals who may have been mistakenly accused,â wrote Carey Dunne, the general counsel for the Manhattan District Attorneyâs Office, in the May 18 letter, adding that their concerns were shared by all five of the cityâs prosecutors offices.
A spokesperson for the Bronx district attorney, Darcel Clark, confirmed that she shares these frustrations. The Brooklyn, Queens, and Staten Island district attorneysâ offices did not respond to requests for comment. A spokesperson for the Manhattan district attorney also declined to comment.
Whether an officer has a disciplinary record â such as lying on an official report â could lead prosecutors to drop criminal charges. Furthermore, without information about an officerâs past misconduct, prosecutors cannot fulfill their legal obligation to hand over evidence that might help exonerate a defendant.
For defendants, receiving this information early is crucial, defense attorneys say. Without a good reason to question an officerâs account, some defendants would take a plea deal, thinking that a jury wonât believe someone charged with a crime over a cop. But if police misconduct were revealed to the defense, the defendant might decide to fight the charges.
The outcomes of internal NYPD disciplinary trials used to be publicly available â if someone knew where to look for them, on a clipboard on the 13th floor of police headquarters. But since 2016, the department has shielded them from the public â and apparently district attorneys. The NYPD, which initially claimed it was saving paper, now says making the disciplinary findings available to the public even to that limited degree was a violation of a 1976 state law that shields access to personnel records. The issue is subject to ongoing litigation, but to date courts have for the most part agreed with the departmentâs arguments. There is an explicit exemption in that state law meant to ensure that prosecutors have access to disciplinary records.
Mayor Bill de Blasio and NYPD Commissioner James OâNeill have vowedto fight for changes to state law to allow for greater transparency. The mayorâs office declined to comment.
NYPD Deputy Commissioner Phil Walzak told BuzzFeed News in a statement that the letter was full of mischaracterizations that are âboth blatant and disappointing.â He said the department promptly responds to prosecutorsâ requests for information and âhas never been advised by any of the Cityâs prosecutors â including the Manhattan DA â that a prosecutor was unable to effectively try a case, or failed to fulfill a disclosure obligation, due to an inability to obtain relevant information from the NYPD.â (You can read the full statement here.)
In its letter to the NYPD, the Manhattan district attorney asked the department to immediately provide it with a direct computer feed to the outcomes of disciplinary officersâ internal trials, preliminary investigation reports, and access to all NYPDâs surveillance feeds.
Should the NYPD not provide the information requested, the district attorney says it is willing to seek resolution âthrough other legal process.â
In an apparent reference to BuzzFeed Newsâ recent publication of the police disciplinary database, the letter notes that this information is âespecially important in an age when media outlets and defense providers are creating their own databases of information about police officer discipline: data that, ironically, is often denied to our office by the NYPD itself.â

When Montana outlawed pot in 1927âa decade before the Marijuana Tax Act effectively criminalized the substance on a federal levelâthe Butte Montana Standard reported a legislatorâsawesome statement: âWhen some beet field peon takes a few traces of this stuffâŚhe thinks he has just been elected president of Mexico, so he starts to execute all his political enemies.â And in Texas, a senator was quoted saying that âAll Mexicans are crazy, and this stuff [weed] is what makes them crazy.â

His newspapers bolstered the prominent view that Mexicans were lazy, savage, pothead degeneratesââWas it marijuana, the new Mexican drug,â a nationwide column observed, âthat nerved the murderous arm of Clara Phillips when she hammered out her victimâs life in Los Angeles?âŚTHREE-FORTHS OF THE CRIMES of violence in this country today are committed by DOPE SLAVESâthat is a matter of cold report.â And you the fuck r u to question a cold report?
7. It was rumored to be more dangerous than heroin.
When asked if the âhardened narcotic userâ falls back on marijuana, Anslinger retorted, âNoâŚhe would not touch that.â According to Anslinger, pot posed a greater threat than heroin (probably because heroin was popular among harmless white middle-class suburbanites and not big, scary Blacks and Chicanos). Still, marijuana was falsely lumped together with hard narcotics like heroin and cocaine, which were the main targets of early anti-drug laws. The association stuck such that, today, anti-weed legislators have flipped the script on Anslingerâs hypothesis, inaccurately vilifying pot as a âgateway drug.â But, as Miriam Boeri writes for Newsweek, the gateway theoryâmuch like Anslingerâs outrageous suggestionâis utter bullshit. The theory entails that that weed boasts a causal mechanism that biologically sensitizes those who âuseâ it, increasing their likelihood to experiment with harder drugs; however, research overwhelming shows that pot-smokers are not at any inflated risk of âgraduatingâ to more harmful substances.

The DEA said it will likely decide in the first half of 2016 whether to reclassify cannabis in a category other than Schedule 1.
Federal! Thatâs the level where our policies shoulda been changed on this by now. Stop considering and start doing, this is one of those changes you make if you really wanna cripple a lethal black market that creates the conditions where someone would even wanna flee here.
