Canuck has had some amazing moments like this in his life!

Unfortunately, as of today’s date, Feb. 25 2020, Canuck the knife-crow has been missing since August 30, 2019.

His trusted human friend, Shawn, has followed some leads since then, and a petition to have the city review security cam footage in Canuck’s known territories was successful, but there has been no news of how that turned out. Canuck’s mate, Cassiar, and a young crow named Junior who imprinted on Canuck, regularly visit Shawn to this day - but Canuck has not yet returned.

Is it possible that he’s gone? Yes. However, Shawn holds out hope that someone knows or has seen something, and that Canuck is still alive out there somewhere in the world. (Canuck has been lured into strangers’ cars with food before, so it’s very possible that someone trapped him this way or in a similar manner.)
