YouTube is being VERY weird right now and seemingly not even notifying my subs about the new video, on top of a low initial distribution. Very, very odd. Then again, "I'm not seeing videos from people I've been subbed to for years" has been a common complaint about YouTube for a while. Hmm.

The finale of The Amazing Digital Circus gave me everything I wanted, and I’m here to complain about it.

This was originally about exploring why SOMA Theory had so many people up in arms, and why they were kinda right to be even if I ultimately saw SOMA coming. But then I saw the finale in theaters, and now here we are, seven drafts later. The end result explores personhood, trans identity, and a reality TV show about sexy singles being slowly poisoned with mold. Enjoy!

About 2/3rds of the way through the next video and if there is anything I dislike about YouTube, it’s just how much creative energy it uses. It’s fun as hell but takes over everything SO quickly.

Question for any transfems who come across it:

How would you describe your childhood, especially your relationships with any boys your age?

I was reading some Julia Serano earlier in conjunction with an upcoming video, and it reminded me that most of the transfemme creators I’ve followed have presented their childhoods as dominated by ostracization and bullying. Makes sense, but I wanted to put a feeler out and look beyond my pre-selected examples.
