Nah fuck Christmas man cuz why am I debating wether I should go back on that diet that fucked up my life 3 years ago RIGHT after I was finally feeling recovered

Life gets better, you will get better, things change (for the good)

At the start of this year I was at the lowest I’ve ever been, mentally and physically I was tired, numb and just simply done

Now, not even a year later, I am the happiest I have ever been, healing the relationship I have with food, my body and myself. It took a lot ofcourse and it wasn’t always easy, it still isn’t always easy. But I can proudly say that I am actually, truthfully happy where I am right now

If you are scared, do it scared. If the thoughts scream, scream back louder. And if you need someone to talk to, don’t be afraid to dm me. You will get through this and I hope one day you will look back proudly and realise what a beautiful person you have become🫂

I wish her everything good, everything bliss and happiness and rest to feel like the best version of herself. And if that means needing time alone I can accept that.

But it still hurts to know that she needs so much time alone when she’s feeling down, while all I need right now is just one moment with her.

Just one moment of feeling the chaos come to a halt

I’m on the train, had my last exam today and just finished my book. The weather is nice and for the next few days I have absolutely nothing planned.

I study psychology and the chapter this week was about eating disorders, finally something i wont have to study for lol

I need ways to silence the voices. I can’t purge anymore and its not even about food anymore, my head just gets too loud and i hate myself so much it hurts. I just need it to be quiet

Its getting cold again, which means my will to recover is slowly crumbling🫠
